Amish man gets probation for 120 mph police chase in Dauphin County
Pennlive.com reported Wednesday that 19-year-old Sylvan Stoltzfus of Millersburg pleaded guilty to fleeing from police, reckless endangerment and traffic offenses before a Dauphin County judge.
Defense attorney Gary Lysaght tells the judge Stoltzfus now has his own horse and buggy and is more involved with his church than he had been.
The prosecutor says Stoltzfus sped from police and crashed into a parked vehicle, a fire hydrant and a street sign.
