Argentine and Brazilian Doctors Name A Monsanto Larvicide As Potential Cause Of Microcephaly davidwolfe.com|By David Wolfe
The Zika virus, which is transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes, has affected people in areas of Africa, Southeast Asia, the Pacific Islands and Brazil. The Centers For Disease Control And Prevention reports that although the virus has not been linked to mosquitoes native to the U.S., travel-associated cases have been found in the country.
While the World Health Organization reports symptoms associated with the virus being mild, they also report a potential association between the Zika virus and microcephaly in newborns.
Microcephaly is a condition resulting in abnormal head growth after birth, with the potential for accompanying abnormal brain growth.
