ACTOR Jon Voight has launched a scathing attack on Joe Biden and the Democrats following the election result, comparing the President-elect to Satan.
The 81-year-old took to Twitter on Wednesday to post a video voicing his opinions on what is essentially a confirmed victory for Biden, and a defeat for Donald Trump.
Voight claims, just as Trump has, that the election result is "a lie", and said that the situation that lays in front of the American people is "our greatest fight since the Civil War".
He described leftists as "evil" and "corrupt" and claimed they want to "tear down this nation".
"We must fight this corruption that has taken over," he said.
"Let us give our trust to God, and fight now for Trump's victory because we all know this ballot count is corruption like they are."
In the rather unnerving video, titled 'We all know the truth', Voight said he was "disgusted with this lie that Biden has been chosen," and insinuated that "those who try to deceive" will be punished in the end.
He also claimed that the promises made by 'the left' to the American people will "never come to be."
"My friends of all colours, races and religions, this is now our greatest fight since the Civil War. The battle of righteousness versus Satan, yes Satan, because these leftists are evil. Corrupt. They want to tear down this nation," Voight said.
"We must not allow this.
"Let us not back down, let us fight this fight as if it is our last fight on earth."
The unsettling video has been retweeted nearly 17,000 times since it was posted.
