"He can not understand what I face and what other young black men and black people face, or people of color face, on a every single (day) basis. When you walk in a grocery store, and you might have $2,000 or $3,000 in your pocket and you go up in to a Foot Locker and they're looking at you like you about to steal something.

Kaepernick was adopted at birth, but he comes from a biologically white mother and black father. Considering he's biracial, Kaepernick is viewed by most as a person of color and has to deal with racial issues. Just take a gander at his Twitter mentions over the last few days.
Just a few years ago, Kaepernick had to deal with racist people blasting him for kissing his tattoos. Even as a child he dealt with people judging him for the color of his skin. These are the reasons Kaepernick decided to protest, but Harrison still doesn't feel like the 49ers quarterback understands the struggle.
"I'm not saying he has to be black, but I'm saying, his heart is in the right place, but even with what he's doing, he still doesn't understand the injustices as a black man, or people of color, that's what I'm saying," Harrison said.

Pastor Mark Burns, an African-American preacher who stumps for Trump, on Monday tweeted a cartoon of Hillary Clinton in blackface — a backfired attempt to mock her appeals to minority voters.
The cartoon showed the blackfaced Clinton, holding a “#@!* The Police” sign and wearing a “No Hot Sauce No Peace!” shirt, saying: “I ain’t no ways tired of pandering to African Americans.”
Burns wrote in his tweet, apparently speaking as Clinton: “Black Americans, THANK YOU FOR YOUR VOTES and letting me use you again..See you again in 4 years.”

The months-old comic came from A.F. Branco, a white illustrator who boasts on his website about inking “politically-incorrect cartoons that say with humorous satire what conservatives really think.”
Branco’s other cartoons from this year show him mocking transgender bathroom use, and perpetuating the GOP conspiracy about Clinton’s supposed health problems.
Branco himself thanked Burns in a tweet for “posting my toon and getting them all excited over
at MSNBC.”
But Burns deleted the tweet and posted an apology video on Periscope, telling Trump supporters: “I really am a shepherd to God's people, and the last thing I would want to do is offend people.”

He tweeted Tuesday, though, that he still stands by “the message that we Blacks ARE being
Used by #Dems for VOTES.”
Burns deleted another tweet from the same day — a retweet of a meme showing Clinton with Photoshopped dreadlocks, under the caption, “When you need the black vote.”
The South Carolina preacher is one of the few blacks to publicly stump for Trump, and he has repeatedly defended the GOP nominee’s stunningly low poll numbers with minorities. Some polls have shown Trump’s black voter support as low as 1%.

During the 2012 Arab International Festival held this past June in Dearborn, Michigan, a group of Christian evangelists were pelted with stones, bottles, and debris by Muslim youths while deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff's Office stood idly by, allowing the criminal assault to take place. Many of the Christians were bloodied by the attack. When Ruben Israel, the leader of the Christian group, asked the law enforcement officers present to step in and enforce the criminal law so that the Christians could exercise their right to freedom of speech, Israel was given the option of either leaving the festival or facing arrest.

Israel retained the legal services of the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC), a national, nonprofit public interest law firm that specializes in defending the free speech rights of Christians. AFLC plans to file a federal civil rights lawsuit on behalf of Israel and the Christian group, whose constitutional rights were violated by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.

Robert Muise, Co-Founder and Senior Counsel of AFLC, commented, "Whether you agree or disagree with the Christians' message, there is one issue to which there is no dispute: no citizen should be stoned in a city street in America for exercising his constitutional right to freedom of speech. And what makes this case so egregious is that law enforcement officers were present and made the conscious choice to allow the Muslim mob to silence the Christian speakers through violence. Indeed, the video of the incident looks like something you would see in the Middle East, not in the United States."

AFLC Co-Founder and Senior Counsel David Yerushalmi, an expert on sharia (Islamic law) added, "While it is shocking to see video of Christians being stoned in the United States for criticizing Islam, it is not necessarily surprising that this incident occurred in Dearborn, Michigan, a city where the mayor and law enforcement have consistently violated Christians' free speech rights in favor of appeasing a large Muslim population and where, in line with the Islamic legal dictates of sharia, the Christian Gospel is treated as criminally offensive speech, and violence 'for the sake of Allah' is reinforced by arresting or removing the Christians. What you are witnessing on the video is the enforcement of sharia by a hostile mob and law enforcement aiding and abetting."

Israel asked AFLC to assist him and his fellow Christians with their legal challenge because of the experience, expertise, and successful track record of Muise and Yerushalmi, who are no strangers to the challenges Christians face in Dearborn, a city that has earned a reputation as being hostile toward Christians.

Actor James Woods OBLITERATES Hillary With 1 Powerful Question

One of the conservatives in Hollywood brave enough to subject himself to the slings and arrows of the progressive elite is James Woods. The Hollywood star not only does rhetorical battling with progressives on social media, but he does it with a disarming wit and common sense. His jibes are fun to witness.
     One comment Woods made recently had to do with the troubles Hillary Clinton has had with Wikileaks. Although Wikileaks founder Julian Assange claims that his email document dumps are not an effort to derail Hillary Clinton, their effects are doing just that. To wit, Mr. Woods asked via his Twitter feed, “What’s the Vegas line on Julian Assange actually staying alive until the election?”
     Given the history of close Clinton associates, business partners, and friends ending up dead in the past, it is a valid question. Assange is neither friend, business partner, nor associate to the Clintons. His life, to them, wouldn’t be worth much.
In recent Wikileaks document dumps, it has been proven that Hillary Clinton was the chief architect of the US Libyan foreign policy. This policy, from the toppling of a cooperative Qadhafi to the facilitation of the rise of the Islamic State to Benghazi, has been an abstract disaster.
     The Wikileaks emails were also integral to exposing corruption in the DNC. Emails dumped before the DNC Convention proved an actionable bias against the Sanders campaign—they caused the resignations of four top DNC officials including chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

     Assange himself has alluded to what is still to come. In an interview with ITV last month, Assange said information that WikiLeaks had “accumulated” on Clinton could “proceed to an indictment.”
The emails related to Clinton’s Libyan involvement have produced a plethora of supposition as to the depth of her clandestine actions on the matter. Chief among those suppositions is the notion that she was involved in an unauthorized weapons-running scheme that delivered weapons unsanctioned by Congress to Islamofascist rebels operating in Libya and Syria.
     One of the main points in this claim is that Amb. Christopher Stevens was in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 specifically because of the illegal arms transfers. Stevens and his security team were slaughtered that night by Islamic State-aligned rebels. As they and their defenders from the nearby CIA Annex repeatedly called for reinforcements, it is said Clinton was sleeping.
     Should Assange’s next email dump prove this claim out, the issue could become bigger than the Iran-Contra Affair. This scandal—given the Islamic State’s meteoric expansion around the globe—would destroy Clinton’s claim to foreign policy and national security expertise and significantly damage her campaign.

So, yes, James Woods has a very valid question. What are the odds in Las Vegas of Julian Assange living until the November election? The proposition, at least for Assange, should result in some sleepless nights.

Canadian records reveal that the company’s chairman used his own family foundation to make four donations to the Clinton Foundation during that time, resulting in a sum contribution of $2.35 million. Secretary Clinton approved the deal for Russia soon after her family’s slush fund received the donations. Now, Vladimir Putin controls 20 percent of all uranium production capacity in the U.S.

These contribution were not made known to the public by the Clintons, even though Hillary Clinton made a deal with President Obama to disclose all the donors. Other individuals associated with the company made donations too.
Furthermore, after Russia declared that it was taking over Uranium One, Bill Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank, which promoted Uranium One stock.

A gold mine for uranium

It is not known whether the donations were responsible for the uranium deal, but the timing is suspicious. Since Hammond Ranch is a gold mine for uranium, it’s unsurprising that the Clinton Foundation would want to lease the land to Russia through donors.
This would also explain why U.S. authorities have been coming down so hard on protesters. Officials aren’t prosecuting individuals because of the Hammond controversy. Officials are coming down on protesters because they are occupying a valuable piece of land; a piece of land that was promised to the Russians.
According to The New York Times: “Whether the donations [to the Clinton Foundation] played any role in the approval of the uranium deal is unknown. But the episode underscores the special ethical challenges presented by the Clinton Foundation, headed by a former president who relied heavily on foreign cash to accumulate $250 million in assets even as his wife helped steer American foreign policy as secretary of state, presiding over decisions with the potential to benefit the foundation’s donors.”

Hillary’s team provides Clinton credit for her many actions that led to Qadhafi’s toppling in Libya including, but not limited to: suspending the operations of the Libyan embassy in Washington; evacuating US embassy personnel in Tripoli and closing the embassy there; obtaining sanctions against Qadhafi and his family; working to suspend Libya from the Human Rights Council; appointing Special Envoy Chris Stevens to be the U.S. representative to Benghazi; engaging with UAE, Qatar, and Jordan to seek their participation in coalition operations; holding meetings with House Democrats and Senate Republicans to persuade them not to de-fund the Libya operation; and lastly, it was noted that Hillary worked to construct a $1.5 billion assets package to theNational Transitional Council or NTC.
Hillary saw this email sent to her from Cheryl Mills because as noted at WikiLeaks she asked for it to be printed in a subsequent email to a colleague.

“The thing is, we lost four lives in Benghazi killed and your wife tried to cover it up,” the Marine responded, drawing boos from the crowd. The veteran continued to talk as the liberals in the audience screamed at him to sit down.

That’s when Clinton got disrespectful.

“Are you going to let me answer?” Clinton asked.

“This is America. I get to answer,” the former president snapped. “You listen to me. I heard you.”

 

“I heard your speech. They heard your speech. You listen to me now,” Clinton said, his voice cracking. “Am I allowed to answer? I’m not your commander in chief anymore but if I were, I’d tell you to be more polite and sit down.”

“I wouldn’t listen!” the veteran shouted in return.

Trump has a rally on the same night in Ft Lauderdale and fills The BB&T Center with 20,000 people where people get in line 12 lines early. Trump rallies have the energy of a rock concert. Hillary rallies are 500 students being told by their teachers to show up for extra credit. Yet we are supposed to believe that Hillary has a 6-8 point lead in the polls. Really! How corrupt are the media and the pollsters! Now we know the truth.                                              That didn’t take long.
It was beyond question Hillary Clinton would play the race card. The only issue was when. Progressives are born without forearms, which affords them the ability to have so many such cards up their sleeves. But playing it this early and this forcefully does not demonstrate strength on Hillary’s part; it’s a testament to her insecurity and weakness.

     Calling Donald Trump a racist is neither new nor unexpected. Any elected official or person with an “R” after their name can count on that charge like you can count on the sunrise. That it came this early is telling.

     The “racist” cries are usually saved for closer to the election, when polls tighten and Democrats worry about turnout. A little fearmongering goes a long way to motivate the otherwise uninterested. That it comes in August reeks of desperation, an aroma permeating the Clinton campaign in recent weeks.
     It’s not been a good time for Hillary. A problem she thought she had put behind her has resurfaced to remind the American people why they don’t, and shouldn’t, trust her.
     Clinton’s scandals are a hydra of interconnected corruption knotted up like Christmas lights, and every time something new emerges from one of the wires the whole thing lights up.
     The Clinton Foundation opening doors in the State Department for donors; the State Department clearing hurdles for foundation donors who paid Bill Clinton exorbitant speaking fees; the first federal department ever established transformed into a clearinghouse of graft and favors. The Clinton Foundation, Bill Clinton’s speaking engagements and the State Department under Hillary becoming symbiotic parasites of one another.

     As Time magazine put it, “It’s not only about what the Clintons did, but how they react.” How they are reacting is not by rebutting or refuting the allegations, but by making allegations of their own against Trump.

     There are many cases to be made against Donald Trump; I’ve made several myself. But he’s been in the public spotlight for decades without anyone noticing he was at all racist until the Clinton campaign became desperate. Besides, if he is such a monster, why did Hillary and Bill go to his wedding? Why’d they cash his checks?
     Of course, Clinton supporters would answer he’s only recently revealed himself as a modern-day Hitler, as Cher referred to him this week at a Hillary fundraiser. So what kind of people Clintons take up so much time and collect so much money from the next Hitler? The same people who thought destabilizing a Libya that wasn’t a threat to the United States would be a good idea, that’s who.
     The only thing that haunts the Clintons more than losing is having something in writing go public. We’ve seen the innocuous and cryptic emails the Clintons deemed us worthy of seeing. The rest were wiped clean. Not “with a cloth, or something,” but with a program designed specifically to prevent their recovery.  It would be the equivalent in the pre-digital world of burning down the records building.

     Hillary doesn’t want people to know that. She doesn’t want people to focus on her. That’s the only explanation for why she’s running on nothing beyond “Trump is horrible” and her chromosomes. She has a vision for the country, an awful one, but she’s terrified of people focusing on it, because any focus on her would necessitate an exploration of her character and the Clinton corruption.

     She’d rather distract. That distraction comes in the form of a progressive’s favorite claim – racism. But it’s early.
     In 2000, the NAACP waited until October to smear George W. Bush with its James Byrd ad. Other ads, insinuating not voting for Democrats is the same as allowing black churches to burn or supporting segregation came out around the same time. Yet here we are only in August, and Hillary already is going down this road.

Why? She’s scared.

Hillary isn’t worried about Trump, per se. All things being equal, she’d beats him like a rented mule. But all things aren’t equal. She’s a corrupt bureaucrat, an insignificant senator and the worst cabinet official this side of Ramsey Clarke. She has nothing to run on, aside from how she uses the toilet.
     Her campaign speeches are riddled with platitudes and empty promises. They’re all bread, white toast, without a hint of butter. Hillary Clinton is as inspiring as a boil. Anyone who wants to vote for her already has made that choice and there aren’t enough of them.
     Unable to win people over, Democrats have to chase people away from other options, so Trump exhibits “KKK values.” They are trying to make Trump as unacceptable as possible to disinterested Americans in case whatever they’ve attempted to destroy and bury survives and returns to haunt them.
     This election is months ahead of schedule when it comes to progressives’ panic level. The next 2 ½ months either will be something to watch or the ugliest invective-filled nightmare this country has ever seen.

Good grief! ............The FDA has just launched new rules that could deliver a death blow to the boutique cigar industry. Which is indicative of its whole approach to small businesses.
    I'm not really a smoker, but I enjoy the occasional cigar. (Like President Clinton (the last one!) "I don't inhale.") And my old man loves to savor one out on the porch where he can't offend anyone.
    So what the Sam Hill does it have to do with the government whether I enjoy a new blend of hand-rolled cigar produced by a local manufacturer?
     Hasn't the government heard? The world's a-changing. There's a thriving Maker Movement growing across America and the world.
It's replacing old big industry with lots of small operators.
    These individuals produce artisanal products as varied as craft beer, fresh cheese, organic crops and meat, 3D-Printed items. Then there's the new peer-to-peer services like Uber and airbnb that are changing the way we connect with the world.
    While traditional businesses have been driven overseas, and big corporations are relocating profits in offshore financial centers - these people are raising tax revenue to compensate, finding jobs for young people and making our lives richer.
    We should be encouraging - not hindering - these innovative start-ups. But as we all know, the heavy hand of government LOVES to make decisions for us instead of letting us just get on with it ourselves. Especially when they can dress it up as "we know best."
