Trump Slams Crooked Hillary’s Aide Huma Abedin Over Newest Controversy     Published on January 2, 2018

Crooked Hillary Clinton’s top aid, Huma Abedin, has been accused of disregarding basic security protocols. She put Classified Passwords into the hands of foreign agents. Remember sailors pictures on submarine? Jail! Deep State Justice Dept must finally act? Also on Comey & others

Trump was referring to U.S. Navy Sailor Kristian Saucier, who was put in prison for taking unauthorized photos inside a nuclear submarine. He seemed to suggest a double standard is at play, compared with the lack of punishment for Clinton and her aides.
The president’s tweet comes after the State Department, in a Friday news dump, released a batch of emails from Abedin’s account that were discovered by the FBI on a laptop belonging to her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner. At least four of the documents were marked “classified.”

Manafort sues Mueller, Justice Department          By Brandon Carter 01/03/18

Jan.03 -- Paul Manafort, the indicted former campaign chairman of President Donald Trump, claims in a lawsuit that U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller overstepped his authority by charging him with crimes unrelated to Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

President Trump's former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, has filed a lawsuit challenging the authority of special counsel Robert Mueller.

In a court filing, lawyers for Manafort argue that the order establishing Mueller's investigation is overly broad and not permitted under Justice Department regulations.

They said the special counsel's actions are "arbirtray, capricious and not in accordance with the law" and have asked a district court to set aside "all actions" that Mueller has taken against Manafort
.

“The investigation of Mr. Manafort is completely unmoored from the Special Counsel’s original jurisdiction to investigate ‘any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump,’ ” the complaint reads.

“It has instead focused on unrelated, decade-old business dealings—specifically, Ukraine political campaign consulting activities of Mr. Manafort.”
The lawsuit was filed against Mueller, the Justice Department and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who gave the order last year that launched the special counsel investigation.

Manafort pleaded not guilty to multiple criminal counts in October, including conspiracy against the United States and money laundering related to his work for a pro-Russia political party in Ukraine.

A spokesperson for the Justice Department fired back at the suit.

"The lawsuit is frivolous but the defendant is entitled to file whatever he wants."

Carson Wentz defends bird hunting after social media reaction

Injured Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz thought he was posting an innocent enough photo, wishing happy birthday to his beautiful dog.
But since he did it on Twitter, he should have known better.
On Monday, Wentz posted then-and-now photos of his dog, writing, “Happy 5th Birthday to Mama Henley! We’ve been through a lot in 5 years. Best dog and hunting buddy I could ask for!”

As you can see, the picture of Mama Henley now has her proudly posing in front of a stack of birds, presumably ones she and Wentz caught together.
Which of course led to at least one person noting that the photo with the birds, “might cause offence” from someone in an influential position.
But Wentz wouldn’t hear it.
“Appreciate that, but offensive and controversial? Two of the main things I tweet about are Jesus and hunting. That’s what I’m passionate about and that won’t ever change!,” Wentz replied. “When you love something, you talk about it! Stay convicted about it and don’t worry what others think!”
As NBC Sports Philadelphia notes, some states, like Arkansas, encourage the killing of certain “nuisance birds” like light geese that harm farms and destroy habitats for other animals.
Wentz tore his ACL last month, dealing the Eagles’ playoff hopes a huge blow. Carson and his older brother, Zach, have their own YouTube channel, “Wentz Bros Outdoors,” where they post videos of their hunting exploits.

The Justice Department “must finally act” against a longtime senior aide to Hillary Clinton and former FBI Director James Comey, President Donald Trump tweeted, his latest fiery social media post to kick off 2018.
Trump and his team have an ambitious agenda for the new year, especially considering more than 400 House seats and 30 Senate seats are up for grabs in just 11 months. But the president on Tuesday focused his morning tweets at his domestic political and geopolitical foes.
In one tweet, Trump targeted Clinton confidant Huma Abedin, Comey and the Justice Department, which has frustrated the chief executive with its investigation of possible ties between the Kremlin and his 2016 presidential campaign.

He wrote that “Crooked Hillary Clinton’s top aid [sic], Huma Abedin” allegedly violated security protocols, an apparent reference to her handling of State Department emails when Clinton ran that agency for former President Barack Obama. Trump charged on Tuesday that Abedin “put Classified Passwords into the hands of foreign agents.”

It was not immediately clear to what the president was referring, but conservative websites and Fox News in recent days have posted items stating that Abedin forwarded State Department passwords to a Yahoo account before many were hacked.

What should be Abedin’s punishment? “Jail!” Trump wrote before Abedin has been investigated, charged, tried, convicted or sentenced.

Does Sheila Jackson Lee Know The Person She's Accused Of Racism For Airline Fiasco Is A Human Rights Activist?

So, I bet you’ve heard about the airline incident between a woman and Texas Democratic Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. Katie wrote about it. In all, Jean-Marie Simon was booted from her first class seat on a United flight for Lee. Simon was obviously upset, voiced her objections, and was even threatened with being forced off the flight. She was eventually given a $500 voucher for her pre-paid seat and relocated to economy class. She alleges that United gave the Texas Democrat preferential treatment.

I am not given to publishing epistles on Facebook, and especially at Christmas, but now I have my very own United Airlines story to share:
Not feeling sufficiently cowed by the media debacle following its forcible and well-documented removal of a ticketed passenger from a Kentucky bound flight in April, the friendly skies of United continues to treat passengers badly, and to lie. This time, it involved United flight #788 from Houston to Reagan National on December 18, 2017. And a U.S. Congressperson whom I’ll call “X.” And me.        READ POST
The saga got even worse when Lee accused Simon of racism regarding this matter.

South Korea Seizes Chinese Tanker Sneaking Refined Fuel to North Korea in Defiance of UN Sanctions   redstate.com

In compliance with the United Nations sanctions on North Korea, China claimed they had stopped all flow of refined oil to the communist hermit kingdom. However, South Korea has confirmed that they recently captured a Chinese tanker thought to be bringing refined oil products to the North Koreans in secret.
According to USA Today, the Hong Kong “Lighthouse Winmore” was supposedly bound for Taiwan with hundreds of tons of Japanese petroleum, but instead unloaded the oil to a North Korean tanker in international waters in total defiance of UN resolutions:

"Robert Mueller MAY WALK?" Judge Napolitano UNCOVERS HIDDEN TRUTH with sean Hannity on Mueller

"Fake or biased news was the willingly paid price of an open society, and the winnowing process of the American system ultimately leads the country toward the truth".

The Founders Anticipated ‘Fake News.’ Here’s What They Did About It.   By Katie- Dec 27, 2017

Following last year’s presidential election, numerous stories surfaced about how “fake news” influenced the results. This year we’re all heard about #fakenews and #veryfakenews.

This prompted a reaction from the media and a concerted effort by the social media giant Facebook to crack down on the phenomenon—announcing that it would in part by using liberal fact-checkers to distinguish the “real” from the “fake” news. (Turns out this was nonsense but that’s what they said at the time.)

The truth is that while the American media landscape has been in a constant state of change over two centuries, the spread of hyperpartisan, scurrilous, and even phony news stories has been more common than uncommon throughout the history of the republic.

Ultimately, despite the increasingly Wild West state of journalism, Americans have been better at finding the truth than less free societies.

The media response frames the fake news issue as nearly the single greatest threat to democracy in our time. But despite the worries that surround an uptick in fraudulent news, the phenomenon is nothing new, nor does it particularly portend dark times in America’s future.

The overreaction in response, potentially damaging both the right to free speech and a culture that supports it, may be more dangerous to a free society.
