Attorney General Merrick Garland has been identified as the "senior" Biden administration official at the center of a new IRS whistleblower claim, a source familiar with the situation told the Daily Mail.

The whistleblower, a career IRS Criminal Supervisor Special Agent, claims that politics are "improperly infecting decisions" in a high-profile criminal tax probe, which is reportedly related to President Biden's son, Hunter Biden.

The allegations contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a "senior political appointee," who has now been identified as Garland.

The whistleblower's claims also involve "failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case," as well as "preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected," according to a letter from attorney Mark Lytle.

The letter was sent to senior members of the House and Senate, and the whistleblower has already shared information with the Treasury Department's inspector general for tax administration and the Department of Justice's inspector general.

The revelation has shaken Capitol Hill and both political parties. Sen. Dick Durbin, (D-IL), who is the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said, "We take all whistleblower statements seriously, as we should. Some turn out to be very important and some not. But we take them all seriously at the outset and look at them closely."

Chairman of the House Oversight Committee James Comer, (R-KY) claimed that Hunter Biden has been involved in "deceptive, shady business schemes" that have seen the president's relatives rake in "millions from foreign adversaries like China."

The White House has dismissed the claims, referencing the independence of the Department of Justice. "The president respects the rule of law and the independence of the Department of Justice," press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said when asked about the claims.

Manslaughter Case

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – BREAKING NEWS ALERT: Just moments ago, the criminal charges against Alec Baldwin for the accidental shooting on the set of his movie “Rust” were dropped, according to his lawyers.

Baldwin, 65, faced involuntary manslaughter charges for the October 21, 2021, shooting of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the New Mexico set of the Western film. A prop pistol he used in a scene mistakenly fired a live round.

Baldwin pleaded not guilty to the charges brought by the Santa Fe district attorney. His lawyers, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, said in a statement, “We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin, and we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident.”

During the incident, “Rust” director Joel Souza was behind Hutchins, looking at a camera angle as Baldwin rehearsed a scene where he was to draw his revolver and point it at the camera. Souza was also injured in the shooting, with the bullet hitting his shoulder.

Filming for the movie will continue in Montana this week. Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the film’s former armorer and a second person charged with involuntary manslaughter, still faces charges related to the shooting.

Assistant director David Halls, a third person involved in the on-set tragedy, pleaded no contest to a single count of petty misdemeanor negligent use of a deadly weapon. He gave the gun to Baldwin but failed to check for live rounds.

Hutchins was treated at the scene and then transported to the University of New Mexico Hospital, where she died. The Santa Fe District Attorney’s Office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Even though Baldwin claimed he never pulled the trigger, FBI investigators found no other way the shot could have been fired. They discovered a mix of live rounds and dummy bullets on the set, a serious safety violation.

According to previous police documents, the ammunition was left unsecured on a cart during a lunch break on the day of the shooting. The agency reported that the gun could not fire without the trigger being pulled.

In January, a special prosecutor claimed that Hutchins would be alive if proper steps were taken. Andrea Reeb said, “If any one of these three people — Alec Baldwin, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, or David Halls — had done their job, Halyna Hutchins would be alive today. It’s that simple.” Reeb later stepped down from the case after Baldwin’s lawyers challenged her role as a New Mexico lawmaker.

Hutchins’ family sued Baldwin in February, arguing that he was responsible for her death because he held the weapon. Their attorney, Brian Panish, stated, “He had the gun, he says he pulled the hammer back, it fired, and she was killed. … The experts will look at it and make any determinations, but we don’t think this was caused by any defect in the weapon.” Baldwin is seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed.

I truly believe that shootings won't stop until harsher punishment for MURDER is doled out. These young people today aren't afraid of prison. Some look at it as a badge of honor, how BRAVE they are. Others kill to join a gang, it's an initiation. BRING BACK THE DEATH PENALTY, preferably a firing squad. See if that makes a difference. It would probably bring out the crybaby in a lot of these "KILLERS" I saw a report today of a shooting here in Philly, a young man (16yo I think) was shot in the back, not even facing the shooter so he probably didn't know WHO he was killing..

6 people face murder charges for the Sweet 16 party massacre that left 4 dead and 32 injured

What happened over the weekend in Dadeville, Alabama ws, in fact, awful. We all know it. It shouldn’t have happened, but it did.

For many, that was all the evidence they needed to call for gun control.

However, I figured that when things shook out and we learned a lot more, we’d find that the problem wasn’t the lack of gun control but the fact that gun control is ill-equipped to prevent such things.

Now, six people are in custody for the shootings, and guess what? It wasn’t a lack of gun control.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and Tallapoosa County District Attorney Mike Segrest have confirmed a sixth arrest in the Dadeville mass shooting that left four dead and dozens injured.

A 15-year-old male from Tuskegee is also facing four counts of reckless murder. The teen’s name was not released due to his age.

Two other suspects were announced by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency hours earlier Thursday. Johnny Letron Brown, 20, of Tuskegee, and Willie George Brown, 19, of Auburn, were arrested Thursday. ALEA confirmed these two are cousins. Like the other suspects charged, they also face four counts of reckless murder.

The arrests of Wilson LaMar Hill Jr., 20, Tyreese “Ty Reik” McCullough, 17, and Travis McCullough, 16, were announced Wednesday.

After announcing the first three arrests on Wednesday, ALEA Sgt. Jeremy Burkett said more arrests were to be expected.

“We very much have a plan, and we’re trying to execute it in a way that’s gonna work for what we’re trying to accomplish,” Burkett said. “We’ve been very strategic.”

That’s for the best.

Now, let’s remember that the shooters used handguns. Judging by the ages of the accused, though, there’s absolutely no way any of these three obtained a firearm lawfully. Yes, even in Alabama.

Federal law itself mandates that handguns cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 21 and yet, here we are.

What a lot of people don’t get is that criminals will violate laws. It’s kind of in the definition of “criminal.”

So, when they make a big to-do about how we need gun control to prevent them from being armed, it’s beyond ridiculous to take the arguments seriously.

In Dadeville, it looks like six people under the age of 21 had handguns, at least two of whom carried the guns illegally (Alabama’s law has constitutional carry for ages 20 and up), then used them in an illegal manner.

Just what would have suddenly stopped them from breaking the laws they already broke?

Universal background checks wouldn’t have. No one mistakes a 16-year-old for 21, so it’s unlikely some unsuspecting but law-abiding person sold the gun to him in good faith.

No, these were likely obtained on the black market or via theft, both of which are already illegal.

Morell told the House Judiciary Committee during a private sworn testimony that Antony Blinken, now the secretary of state, was the Biden camp official who asked him "on or before" Oct. 17, 2020, to organize signatures to say the allegations against Hunter Biden were Russian misinformation.

That came three days after the New York Post published an email from the laptop that suggested Hunter Biden introduced a Ukrainian business partner to his father, who at the time was the vice president of the United States.

Morell told House members that he had no intention of exonerating Biden until after Blinken's call.

However, he did admit that the conversation "triggered … that intent."

Morell received an email containing a USA Today report that claimed the FBI was looking into whether the probe into Hunter Biden's laptop was part of a "disinformation campaign."

The email was signed by Andrew Bates, then-director of Biden's rapid-response team.

Morell told lawmakers that he did "a little bit of my own research" before speaking with CIA senior operations officer Marc Polymeropoulos for advice on putting together a letter that would discredit the New York Post's reporting.

Morell then collected signatures from 51 former intelligence personnel, including his own and four other former CIA directors such as John Brennan and Leon Panetta.

According to Morell, he sent an email to Nick Shapiro, former deputy chief of staff to Brennan, saying that the Biden campaign wanted the letter to go to one particular reporter with the Washington Post.

However, Morell said he didn't know why the Biden camp wanted the letter to go to that particular reporter.

It turned out that Shapiro took the letter to POLITICO, which published it on Oct. 19 with a headline saying "Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former officials say."

The letter claimed that the New York Post's story had all the signs of Russian disinformation.

Biden then used that information during a debate against Donald Trump.

Morell told House lawmakers that he then received a call from Steve Ricchetti, chairman of the Biden campaign, thanking him for preparing the letter.

“He was the head of the Biden campaign at the time … Steve thanked me for putting the statement out. And that was the extent of the conversation," according to the New York Post

What’s Happening:

You’ll be hard-pressed not to find someone who believes this Trump indictment is nothing but a scam. A Democrat DA is leading the effort, a man who long accused Trump of crimes–before any investigation was open. Most Americans believe this is one of many attempts by the left to discourage Trump’s election chances.

But now, Trump is revealing what went on during his arraignment.

The former president is facing numerous charges. Many legal experts believe these charges are not felony offenses. A reasonable judge would throw this case out. But the liberal-leaning populace of New York might not see it that way. And Trump is exposing what’s really going on.

Wow. Trump has most likely been encouraged by his legal team to refrain from discussing much of what is going on in the trial. But he revealed what it was like in the closed courtroom arrangement. He described the DA’s efforts to take him down as “old Soviet Union” style tactics.

In the Soviet era, government officials in Russia would use the power of the government to oppose and crush their political rivals. And Trump believes Democrats are doing that to him, today. And he even revealed he believes Biden himself is behind it.

Bragg employed a former senior DOJ official last year, someone who worked for Biden and has openly targeted Trump. It’s hard to ignore the fact that Democrats are running this case, during the election. How could Biden not be involved?

Remember, Democrats accused Trump of trying to take down his political rival in 2019, over a phone call. Yet today, Democrats are going after Biden’s top rival with a sham trial that most experts say isn’t valid. And we’re not supposed to think Biden is pulling a Soviet-era stunt to protect his regime?

Georgetown Law professor Josh Chafetz is sounding the alarm on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s lawsuit against House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), insisting that a ruling in Bragg’s favor would be “destructive.”

Bragg filed his lawsuit against Jordan on Tuesday, alleging that Jordan was engaged in a “brazen and unconstitutional attack” on his office’s work on its ongoing prosecution of former president Donald Trump. Jordan has issued a subpoena of Mark Pomerantz, an attorney who resigned from Bragg’s team last year after the DA initially decided not to pursue charges against Trump. Pomerantz went on to write a book about the case against Trump.

While Bragg is arguing that the subpoena is an “abuse of power” and part of a larger “transparent campaign to intimidate and attack” Bragg, Chafetz believes that the greater danger would stem from the success of Bragg’s lawsuit.

“This is bad, and I hope the court throws it out quickly,” opined Chafetz. “Jordan’s investigation is dumb, but congressional committees have the right to do dumb things, and running to the courts to try to get them to stop is more destructive than dumb hearings.”

Later, Chafetz compared Bragg’s argument to those of past court rulings that President Richard Nixon did not have to submit to requests for information from Congress during the Watergate scandal.

“The idea that Congress must never be allowed to interfere in a sacred criminal investigation is the same reason that courts gave for telling Nixon that he didn’t have to turn material over to the Senate Watergate Committee,” said Chafetz.

On Thursday morning, Politico senior legal affairs correspondent Josh Gerstein suggested that Chafetz would likely get his wish, asserting that Bragg faced an “uphill battle” to stop Pomerantz from testifying.

“Given that Pomeranz wrote the book, it’s hard for him to sort of take the position that ‘I can’t say one word to you now, I need to zip my lip because of this current prosecution that’s going on,'” argued Gerstein.

President Biden's "doomsday" E-4B plane was spotted flying over Wales on Tuesday night ahead of his commemoration of the Good Friday Agreement in Northern Ireland.

The president's "doomsday plane" is a $223 million E-4B called "Nightwatch," which is capable of surviving a nuclear blast. Following a nuclear attack, the president, secretary of defense, and joint chiefs of staff would board E-4B. From there, they would be able to order nuclear strikes or execute emergency war orders from the "flying war room," Insider previously reported.

The E-4B plane was spotted on Tuesday night flying over Wales, according to NorthWalesLive. According to the outlet, it is typical of the plane to follow closely behind the president's Air Force One in the skies when he travels.

The majority of the E-4B's capabilities are classified, but the plane can carry 112 people, can fly for 12 hours straight without refueling, and can refuel in the sky, allowing it to fly for several days in a row, the United States Air Force previously told Insider. Flying the E-4B "Nightwatch" costs $159,529 per hour, which is the most expensive plane that the Air Force operates, according to the Air Force. 

The plane's windows are equipped with a wired mesh similar to those on the inside of a microwave oven door that prevents radiation from entering the plane, according to the Air Force. The crew of the E-4B works 24-hour, 7-day shifts and sleep in a cabin above the conference room that chiefs of staff and the president would use to give war orders.

The back of the plane holds its communication center, where operators can communicate with almost anyone in the world, according to the Air Force.

"It's designed that, in the most austere environments, during or after a nuclear war, it survives and can communicate, from the most cutting-edge communications technology to old, antiquated communications technology," Scott McCandless, the plane's former director of operations previously told Insider.

Another day, another attempt by Democrats to cancel Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas. The left has always hated this conservative leader. From the very day he was nominated for the bench, liberals have fired all kinds of slander against him. Despite all this, Thomas continues to uphold our Constitution and American values.

Today, radical “socialist” Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is echoing the same mindless attacks against Thomas as the rest of the left. She has even gone as far as to call for impeaching the justice, an obvious attempt by Democrats to intimidate and manipulate the highest court in the land. But now, she is getting exposed for the very same thing.

AOC’s attack is interesting in light of the mounting accusations that she, herself, has a concerning habit of taking lavish gifts without disclosing them.

In one of the more blatant examples, AOC took great criticism for attending the $35,000-per-ticket Met Gala in 2021 at which she absurdly wore a white dress with the words “Tax The Rich” emblazoned in red across the back.

AOC, along with other progressives, is accusing Justice Thomas of taking improper “gifts.” And because of this, he needs to be impeached and removed from the Supreme Court. What were these “improper” gifts? Flights he took for vacations that he didn’t pay for.

As it turns out, he went on a few vacations with a GOP donor Harlan Crow. Thomas and Crow’s families are close friends. And it should come as no surprise that they would vacation together, with one of them paying. From Thomas’s own statements, these trips in no way interfered with his work on the Court.

Plus, even liberal outlets had to admit there are “few restrictions on what gifts justices can accept.”

That’s not the case with members of Congress. And AOC has seemingly violated the very strict rules that prevent Congress members from accepting gifts from people. She has even been investigated for receiving lavish gifts from the MET and other places.

So… AOC is willing to impeach a Supreme Court justice for receiving gifts. Yet she herself has done much worse? AOC thinks she has the right to go after Thomas, even though what he did wasn’t against any rules.

What she’s done, numerous times, is in fact against House ethics rules. They could even be violations of federal law. Perhaps AOC is trying to distract from her misdeeds by attacking the respected justice?

Nevertheless, I doubt this attack will deter Thomas in the slightest. The conservative justice has continued to uphold the law and protect Americans from the bench. Which is much more than we can say for AOC.

The Dems have opened up Pandora's box. The gloves are off now and we can see what life will be like under continued one-party Democrat rule, one where local DAs and the federal DOJ are weaponized against conservatives.

To put it plainly, they want total authoritarian power over us all. If President Trump can be charged for "falsifying business records" and hiding relevant information from voters in the 2016 election, then 51 people from the intel community, who signed a letter stating the Hunter Biden laptop is fake, can be charged for hiding relevant information from voters in the 2020 election!

Or how about everyone else who suppressed and lied about the Hunter laptop story which withheld information from voters in the 2020 election!

Or what about charging Hillary Clinton, who paid for the fake Steele Dossier with her campaign funds, that the Deep State and MSM used to create the Russia Collusion Witch Hunt!

What about Bill Clinton, who paid several women he had sex with to keep quiet?

Or how about this story, that is getting insta-memory-holed, about how $21 million was funneled into Barack Obama's 2012 re-election campaign from a Malaysian financier fronting for the CCP through straw donors in the US, because foreigners are not allowed to contribute to US campaigns.

Or how about the investigations coming out of James O'Keefe's new venture O.M.G., that have uncovered hundreds of thousands of dollars of donations to the Democrats being laundered through peoples' names and addresses. James O'Keefe had discovered a slew of cases in Maryland and now a new team of citizens in Southern California, empowered by OMG have discovered many more. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

And if Donald Trump broke the law, why didn't they mention what law he broke in the indictment?

Katherine predicts that going forward, the Deep State will double down on these lies and promote the idea that everybody should obey the Government but that we can also expect to see this war go increasingly kinetic, deploying more of the aggressive, 2nd Generation Warfare tactics and weaponry that we traditionally associate with war.

Todd Callender adds that when you study the Law of War and the 4th Hague Conventions, it says that when an enemy occupies substantial government functions, the war is won and he says, "You look at our military, itself, that was subverted, a grand suicide, where 1.4 million people were told to take a deadly, experimental shot...for purposes of the Law of War, it sure looks to me as though our government has already been captured and our nation is already lost."

Sean chimes in and says, that at the top of this pyramid is the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and that, "All wars are Bankster wars and war is being waged against us by the Banksters...and we are an enemy-occupied state by the Banksters...We've got the WHO, the BIS, we've got the DoD all of these aligned against the American People."

Katherine agrees and says that the early legal framework for this attack began in 1918 with the Spanish Flu outbreak, which was not what we have been told and also, the 1913 Federal Reserve Act. She says this was the turning point and it has since escalated into this most advanced form of the kind of warfare that they want to deploy, starting in January of 2020, with the Public Health Emergency Declaration by Department of Health and Human Services Secretary, Alex Azar at the end of January that coincided and was responsive to the World Health Organization Director General's declaration of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).

She says, "Those two terms, the PHEIC and Public Health Emergency, you can trace backwards in the United States' statutes and regulations and guidance documents and legal opinions...to the late 1990s, early 2000s and that is also a point at which it converges with the 9/11 attacks and the Patriot Act and the Homeland Security Act and the [2001] Anthrax Attacks.

FBI Facial Recognition Confirms Majority of Initial Capitol Breachers Were Federal Agents

Based on his communications with federal whistleblowers internal to the Biometrics Services Section of the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, Pete Santilli corroborates Tucker Carlson's claim that the J6 footage had been run through Facial Recognition software to identify the individuals who broke into the Capitol Building on January 6th, 2021.

In this video, AT END OF ARTICLE which Pete made a few days later, he was more direct. He said:

"The Biometrics Services Section of the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, the entire team that did the facial recognition for January 6th, the initial breach, determined there were military people, there were Joint Terrorism Task Force people. The majority of the people at that initial breach, that caused the barricades to come down were, in fact Feds – including Ray Epps...

"Tucker Carlson has been threatened. They shut Tucker Carlson down, because there's video tapes that if Tucker Carlson releases it, that hasn't been generally known to the public, it's going to reveal the military personnel that need to be – if I find one of you, if I find one of you wearing civilian clothes, I'm going to personally come to you. Personally. With a bunch of my friends. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. You guys remain anonymous.

"Or, you know what you can do? Come forward and do the right thing. 'Cause you broke the freaking law. You did. And if you were told that, you know, you were able to skirt Constitutional Law, we need to have General Milley arrested, tried and convicted, Pelosi arrested and tried and convicted for Treason. It's a military coup right now.

"If you're in the military - get the word out, Folks – we will either expect one of two things: You're either going to come forward or when we find you, we will have zero mercy. Zero mercy. And that's not a threat, either.

Pete says, the majority of those who were alongside Ray Epps, at the first breach, who knocked down the barricades at the Capitol steps and who were the first to break into the Capitol, they were Federal Agents who were there as provocateurs, which Pete says made it difficult for the DOJ to find anyone to prosecute.

He was told there were Special Forces Operatives at the Capitol in uniform, along with the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force members in plain clothes. In addition to these Federal Agents, there were also Ukrainian Azov Battalion (Nazi) members associated with John McCain and Lindsey Graham going back to the 2014 overthrow days and this is why the FBI would not release the facial recognition data to Tucker Carlson.

Pete says there are internal whistleblowers who are prohibited from discussing this openly and would have to do so under oath and in court. Sadly, many of the judges are corrupt and don't want these facts to come out, so they're not calling these witnesses – such as US District Court Judge Tim Kelly, who is currently presiding over the Proud Boys case.

Despite the fact that the FBI accidentally revealed data which shows they have been lying and despite the fact that this is now out in the Mainstream Media – and that the House has vowed to investigate the matter – Judge Kelly, who had suspended the trial last Wednesday has now resumed the trial, to which Pete says, "I'm going to have to call it what it is: that Judge Kelly, at this point, is now complicit, as part of this Color Revolutionary attempt to overthrow the United States of America by not doing the right thing ."

At the same time that the truth about January 6th is blowing up in the Fifth Column Traitors' faces, the Silicon Valley Bank crisis is being artificially engineered to change the narrative. Biden's executive order

March 19, 2023The Brady United Against Gun Violence campaign praised President Joe Biden's executive order that was announced on Tuesday, which aims at cracking down on gun violence in the United States.

The order, which was signed during a ceremony on the site of a mass shooting in California earlier this year, seeks to increase the total number of national background checks, promote proper gun safety and storage among owners, and help local law enforcement agencies make use of resources included in the bipartisan gun control law Biden signed in 2022.

"Addressing gun violence will take more than one solution, and these executive orders will go a long way in preventing tragedies that kill over 40,000 people in America each year," Brady President Kris Brown said in a statement shared with the Washington Examiner on Tuesday. "The majorities of Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and gun owners alike support expanding Brady Background Checks for gun purchases. While ultimately we can only achieve Universal Background Checks through legislation, Biden's actions today have the potential to get us closer to that reality."

The organization claimed that the Biden administration's moves were a good step but also need to be implemented properly. The Justice Department would need to clarify what is meant by the term "engaged in the business," while the Department of Defense would examine its gun procurement policies, for example.

"We've got to be just as concerned with ensuring effective implementation of policies like these, as we do with their initial announcement," Brady's Vice President of Policy and Programs Christian Heyne told the Washington Examiner. "My hope is that there will be some efforts here to ensure that these are fully implemented."

Heyne also said the goal should be to keep guns temporarily away from those who are in crisis.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives defines the term "engaged in the business" as a "person who devotes time, attention, and labor to dealing in firearms as a regular course of trade or business with the principal objective of livelihood and profit through the repetitive purchase and resale of firearms" but does not include those who occasionally buy or sell guns as a hobby.

The order also directs the president's Cabinet to stand up a process to support communities reeling from mass shootings and looks to improve the sharing of ballistics data among federal, state, and local law enforcement.

The U.S. Concealed Carry Association also responded to the executive order, claiming that it took guns away from "law abiding Americans."

"We need common-sense reforms, like national concealed carry reciprocity, that are grounded in reality rather than anti-gun political ideology," U.S. Concealed Carry Association President Tim Schmidt said. "[We need] a new path, with the goal of keeping Americans safe by ensuring they can protect their families and loved ones at all times. [Tuesday's] announcement falls woefully short of meeting that goal.”

Although the association disagreed with the president's approach to gun control, Heyne said he believed the majority of U.S. citizens on both sides of the aisle would agree with "commonsense laws," such as a universal background check.

The background checks take two minutes to complete 90% of the time, according to Heyne, and verify that the buyer does not have a domestic violence record. It also verifies the buyer meets the other criteria to purchase a weapon, such as being of legal age to buy the weapon.

The measures comes after a series of mass shootings caught the public's attention in California in January. Mass shootings are defined by the Gun Violence Archive as multiple firearm homicide incidents involving four or more victims at one or more locations.

Currently, 1 in 5 gun sales are done without conducting proper background checks, or through the right licensing, Heyne said.

What if they left?

What if 20 Million Illegal Aliens Vacated America? I, Tina Griego, journalist for the Denver Rocky Mountain News have written a column titled, "Mexican Visitors' Lament.”

I interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting Denver last week. Hernandez said, "Illegal aliens pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes. What happens to your country's economy if 20 million people go away?”

Hmmm, I thought, what would happen?

So I did my due diligence, buried my nose as a reporter into the FACTS I found below It's a good question...it deserves an honest answer.

Over 80% of Americans demand secured borders. What would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America? This may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupt hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominant language again.

It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone. Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67% dropout/flunk rate because of thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. Denver's 4% unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Chicago, Illinois, 21 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

If 20 million illegal aliens returned 'home,' the U.S. economy would return to the Rule of Law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage.

Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn't be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local, state and city coffers.

No more confusion in American schools that now must contend with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids.

Our overcrowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually and would vacate our country.

In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the '18th StreetGang' would vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters!

America's economy is drained. Taxpayers are harmed. Employers get rich. Over $80 billion annually wouldn't return to the aliens' home countries by cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which further drains America's economy which currently suffers a $30 trillion debt.

More then $30 TRILLION !!!

At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country, costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in California, Georgia and Florida would still be operating instead of being bankrupt out of existence because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA Act.

Americans wouldn't suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant in our country - brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders. Our cities would see 20 million less people driving, polluting and grid locking our cities' greenhouse gasses.

Over one million of Mexico's poorest citizens now live inside and along our border from Brownsville, Texas, to San Diego, California, in what the New York Times called, 'colonias' or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where grinding poverty, filth, diseases, drugs, crimes, no sanitation and worse. They live without sewage, clean water, streets, roads, electricity, or any kind of sanitation.

The New York Times reported them to be America's new ' Third World ' inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias. (I've seen them personally in Texas and Arizona; it's sickening beyond anything you can imagine.)

We already invite a million people into our country legally/annually, more than all other countries combined- with growing anarchy at our borders.

It's time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life. Interesting statistics below!

8. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US.

9 . During the year 2005, there were 8 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our southern border with as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from other terrorist countries. Over 10,000 of those were middle-eastern terrorists. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroin, crack, guns, and marijuana crossed into the U.S. from the southern border.

10. The National Policy Institute, estimates that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion, or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period.

11. In 2006, illegal aliens sent home $65 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin, to their families and friends.

12. The dark side of illegal immigration: Nearly one million sex crimes are committed by illegal immigrants in the United States!
