Doubt Cast on Muller's Legality
A constitutional law attorney is challenging the legitimacy and purview of Special Counsel Robert Mueller in federal court – a challenge some predict will go all the way to the Supreme Court. (Forbes)

Option one involves the president nominating the special counsel, who is then confirmed by the Senate, and finally appointed by the president.What will happen if the arguments prevail in the Supreme Court and Mueller's authority is ruled unconstitutional? "The other pending Special Counsel prosecutions or convictions on appeal would have to be invalidated," Kamenar explains.
Kamenar is representing Andrew Miller, who was subpoenaed by Mueller using his powers as Special Counsel to testify against the subject of one of Mueller's investigations, Roger Stone. While Miller was but a young aide and seemingly not all-that-relevant to the criminal investigation, the circumstances surrounding Mueller relying on his Special Counsel powers to make demands of the aide have presented a unique legal opportunity for Kamenar to challenge the arguably illegal powers being exercised by the Special Counsel.
This is the first case to challenge the legitimacy of Mueller's appointment in a Court of Appeals.
According to Kamenar, there are only two constitutionally permissible options for Special Counsel to have been appointed in the U.S. government:

They manipulate the media. They choose winners and losers among the media. That's real power that we have never seen before in American life.
The timing of this insidious plot is key. When did it begin? Right after Trump was inaugurated. That's when the attacks on the independent, alternative media — WND, Breitbart, et al. — began. We've been feeling the squeeze ever since — through politically skewed algorithms and speech codes.
The Google-Facebook-YouTube-Twitter-Amazon-Apple cabal is trying to ensure that we never have a free and fair election again in America. The "Russia-collusion" hoax is meant to take your eye off the real collusion by un-American, anti-free speech radical political activists.
Do you get it now?

Project Veritas has released the second installment in an undercover video series unmasking the deep state. This video features a Department of Justice paralegal Allison Hrabar reportedly using government owned software and computers to push a socialist agenda. Also featured is Jessica Schubel, the former Chief of Staff for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services during the last Obama administration.
Both Schubel and Hrabar make admissions revealing that federal employees are using their positions in the government to resist or slow the Trump administration's policies, some breaking laws in the process.

In an act of “protest” that appeared to verge on a violent attack, a group of liberals drove Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and his wife out of a Washington, D.C., restaurant Monday, the New York Post reports.
The protest was ostensibly about federal Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination, and most of the verbal attacks seemed to be directed toward that. Footage of the attack, posted by a group calling itself Smash Racism DC, shows the protesters chanting “We believe survivors” as they chased Cruz and his wife Heidi from the unidentified eatery.
“I know that you’re very close friends with Mr. Kavanaugh,” one of the activists says to Cruz.
“But do you believe survivors, sir? We believe survivors!”
One protester, describing herself as a constituent and “survivor of sexual assault” followed the Cruzes throughout the restaurant and said, “Senator, I have a right to know what your position is on Brett Kavanaugh.”
You can give a law-abiding man a rocket launcher, and he’ll never be a problem. The violent criminal will murder with their bare hands.

Firearm thefts are a serious problem. No one wants to see guns in the hands of bad people, and regardless of who ends up with them, stolen guns are stolen property. They belong with their rightful owners no matter what.
Not only that, but stolen firearms are often used in such a way that anti-gun proponents can point to the misuse as justification for more gun control. The fact that stolen guns, by definition, mean they will never be subject to gun control seems completely irrelevant to them.
However, Seattle Police say one man has stolen dozens of guns and thousands of rounds of ammo.

In February, I shared a bunch of research that looked at how various personal characteristics are associated with – and may even cause – political differences.
This is interesting research. Though I suspect it irks many of us, regardless of our philosophical orientation, since it implies that our views aren’t necessarily the result of reason.
According to an article in Business Insider, this type of research even shows that differences extend beyond politics.
…what in the brains of conservative and liberal voters actually drive their belief systems? Scientists have been researching the psychological differences between people with different stances, and there are a few key ways that people on opposite ends of the political spectrum see the world.

Fox News commentator Tomi Lahren is telling Michelle Obama to "sit down" after taking issue with the former first lady calling her husband Barack Obama a great president.
"Michelle Obama said we 'had' a great president. By what measure? Not in economic growth. Not in border enforcement. Not in strength on the world stage. Sit down, Michelle," Lahren wrote to her 1.18 million followers in a tweet.

Lahren, who will be hosting a show on Fox's soon-to-launch subscription service called "Fox Nation," was responding to remarks Michelle Obama made at a rally in Las Vegas.
"Here's what we have to do," she said at the "When We All Vote" rally. "If we want qualified people that we trust, then people have to vote. Because you can't vote some of the time and then sit out."
"You know, we saw that happen. We experienced that. But we had a great president," she said, referring to former President Obama.
"But every couple years folks sat out and said 'well, I did my part, I voted once, I'm done, I'm out,' " she added. "And I'm just telling you that democracy doesn't work that way."
Michelle Obama is a co-chairwoman of When We All Vote, a nonprofit initiative to register voters.
