Peter Navarro Issues Report on Voting Irregularities: ‘The Emperor, In the Election, Has No Clothes’  BY TOM OZIMEK  December 17, 2020

Peter Navarro, who serves as an adviser to President Donald Trump, concluded in a report on the integrity of the 2020 election that the allegations of irregularities are serious enough to warrant an urgent probe and substantial enough to overturn the results.

The findings of the report (pdf), released on Dec. 17 and titled “The Immaculate Deception,” support the claim that the election “may well have been stolen” from Trump. Navarro, who is director of the White House Office for Trade and Manufacturing Policy, produced the report in his capacity as a private citizen.

“If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again,” Navarro said in the report.

On a call with reporters explaining his findings, Navarro said his role in compiling the report is to say that, “the emperor, in the election, has no clothes.”

Fielding questions about what, at this stage, can be done, given that numerous legal challenges brought by the Trump campaign have been dismissed and the Electoral College has already voted, Navarro said, “with every day that goes by, it becomes more complicated” and “options narrow.”

According to a new report from Axios, the Pentagon abruptly discontinued briefings with the Biden transition team on Friday.

The move appeared to catch the Biden team off guard.

Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller ordered a Pentagon-wide halt to cooperation with the transition of President-elect Biden, shocking officials across the Defense Department, senior administration officials tell Axios.

Behind the scenes: A top Biden official was unaware of the directive. Administration officials left open the possibility cooperation would resume after a holiday pause. The officials were unsure what prompted Miller’s action, or whether President Trump approved.

Why it matters: Miller’s move, which stunned officials throughout the Pentagon, was the biggest eruption yet of animus and mistrust toward the Biden team from the top level of the Trump administration.

What happened: Meetings between President Trump’s team and the Biden team are going on throughout the government, after a delayed start as the administration dragged its feet on officially recognizing Biden as president-elect.

Then on Thursday night, Miller — who was appointed Nov. 9, when Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper right after the election — ordered officials throughout the building to cancel scheduled transition meetings.

Texas AG Says SCOTUS Let Down America But A PLAN B Is In The Works  by Doyle Alexander 4 days ago

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton appeared on Fox News on Sunday and talked with Maria Bartiromo about the case the Supreme Court turned down on Friday, how in his view it disenfranchised the voters of Texas, and what’s next for the legal challenges to the 2020 election results.

Bartiromo asked Paxton about the court having said that Texas had no standing.

“If my people are harmed, which I view them as having been harmed by the fact that other states didn’t follow their election laws and didn’t follow the constitution, how do I address the fact that my voters are affected by a national election that potentially was not done correctly, where there was fraud, and that state law and federal law was not followed,” said Paxton. “I don’t know what else we could have done other than ask the court to at least hear our arguments.”

Explaining the rationale for the case, Paxton said that states are responsible for setting up laws “as it relates to electing electors,” and that when local officials deviate from those laws, they “violate state law and violated the constitution.”

“That in effect disenfranchises my voters, because we in Texas followed those laws,” and are now subjected to and affected by the results of potentially fraudulent or invalid results by those other states.

Bartiromo also asked about “Plan B.”

“I think the Trump campaign is taking our arguments that we tried to get in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, they are now going to take those state by state, because I think they are legitimately good, constitutional arguments that don’t depend on actually proving every little instance of fraud,” said Paxton.

Lefties think that’s big gaffe on his part, but that’s only because they aren’t smart. He had just explained that the states have made it impossible to go back, now, to verify votes and effectively made it impossible to prove fraud or mass invalidate votes. But he’s saying that their argument on the constitutionality of the various states like Pennsylvania essentially violating their own election laws doesn’t rest on being able to force those states into compliance or prove each and every ballot’s intrinsic value. Instead, the case rests on the very constitutionality of the overall conduct of the election in those states, based on the violation of the laws of those states by the states or by local authorities.

That’s not a gaffe. That’s a sound argument. And more than that it is an excellent argument for standing in the case of Texas, based on disenfranchisement.

The governor of Rhode Island is facing backlash this week after she was photographed at a wine and paint night just days after she had discouraged inessential activities to curb the spread of the coronavirus. 

The picture, taken by Erica Oliveras last Friday, shows Democratic Gov. Gina Raimondo sitting at table in Barnaby’s Public House in Providence without a mask, WLNE reported.

Oliveras told the station that backlash over the photo was blown out of proportion because Raimondo had only taken off the mask to drink her wine.

Still, others felt that Raimondo’s actions were hypocritical, given that four days prior she urged Rhode Islanders in a tweet to “stay home except for essential activities & wear a mask anytime you’re with people you don’t live with.”

Hunter Biden’s former business partners pushed to get Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden involved in a deal with the chairman of a Chinese energy company, according to text messages obtained by Fox News.

Tony Bobulinski and James Gilliar worked with Hunter on a business deal with Chinese Energy Company CEFC in 2017 and sought to get Hunter’s father, then the former vice president of the U.S., involved in the deal to make it appear as “truly” a “family business.” The two also involved Joe’s brother, Jim Biden, in the deal, as well, according to the messages obtained by Fox News.

In an April 30, 2017, exchange, Bobulinski asked Gilliar: “What is the deal w Jim Biden as he wasn’t part of the discussion but now seems a focal point[?]”

Gilliar responded: “With H demons, could be good to have a back up, he strengthens our USP to Chinese as it looks like a truly family business, and I like the dude.”

Later in a May 11, 2017, exchange, Gilliar wrote to Bobulinski: “Man U are right let’s get the company set up, then tell H and family the high stakes and get Joe involved.”

Joe has repeatedly denied that he was involved with any of his son’s overseas business dealings, which included negotiations with contacts in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere. It is not clear from the text messages how Bobulinski and Gilliar planned to involve the former vice president in the business deal.

Both naughty and nice children will equally share the same 5 types of toys. This is in thanks to the new "Tax the Rich" Bill being passed in two months. The Bill is designed to provide five toys to every child who has been vaccinated. Santa sends his love and appreciation that Christmas has lasted this long.

“I think, to be careful and to [be] cautious, he should actually resign from the intelligence committee,” Paul told Fox News host Sandra Smith, when asked whether Swalwell should step down from his position of authority that offers him unique access to classified information.                       

“If he’s not willing to do that, he should be removed from the intelligence committee,” Paul continued. “But I also think that — what hypocrisy! This is a guy who was hurling stones and accusations, all kinds of false accusations at President Trump. ‘Oh, he’s controlled by spies,’ and this and that. He was the most over-the-top critic of President Trump on Russia collusion, and it turns out he’s sleeping with a Chinese spy.”

“I mean, my goodness, the hypocrisy! It’s appalling, and he really should be red-faced and ashamed of himself, and really probably ought to just resign from Congress.”

Top Republican lawmakers are demanding that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi remove Democrat Congressman Eric Swalwell from the House Intelligence Committee due to his prior relationship with Chinese spy Fang Fang (AKA ‘Bang Bang’ for her tactic of having sex with her targets).

As I wrote earlier, Swalwell was compromised by Fang between 2013 and 2015 when they developed a close relationship after she fundraised for him and even placed an intern in his office. In my piece, I noted that due to this relationship with a Chinese spy, Swalwell should be removed from the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI).

As Axios reported, Swalwell and Fang were so close that in 2015, “amid a widening counterintelligence probe, federal investigators became so alarmed by Fang’s behavior and activities that … they alerted Swalwell to their concerns — giving him what is known as a defensive briefing.”

Once this issue finally became publicly known after the Axios report last week, Swalwell did not deny the facts, but deflected and blamed Trump for it now becoming an issue, stating last Tuesday:

I’ve been a critic of the president. I’ve spoken out against him. I was on both committees that worked to impeach him. The timing feels like that should be looked at.

But now, in a letter to Pelosi sent yesterday, 17 House Republicans state that Swalwell poses an “unacceptable national security risk,” explaining that, “Rep. Swalwell withheld information for five years from the House Intelligence Committee about an ongoing Chinese espionage operation targeted at him and his own colleagues.”

The lawmakers added:

HPSCI handles some of the most sensitive information our government possesses — information critical to our national defense. As such, we urge you to immediately remove Rep. Swalwell from his position on the House Intelligence Committee.

The letter was signed by House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) and Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), the second and third-highest ranking House Republicans.

Prior to this letter, Pelosi told reporters last week, “I don’t have any concern about Mr. Swalwell.” But that is the wrong answer.

It is time for Pelosi to do the right thing for American national security and remove Swalwell from the House Intelligence Committee.

President-elect Joe Biden on Wednesday said that he’s “confident” that Hunter Biden did nothing wrong, addressing directly the federal investigations into his son’s “tax affairs” and business dealings in Ukraine.

Asked by a Fox News reporter at an event to announce his nomination of Pete Buttigieg if he was sure of his son’s innocence, Biden said only, “I’m confident.”

Hunter Biden revealed the existence of the federal investigations last week, and the former vice president since then had only said he was “proud of my son” when asked about the probes that date back to 2018.

“I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors,” Hunter Biden said in a statement issued by the Biden-Harris transition team.

In October, The Post revealed that Hunter Biden had introduced a top executive at Burisma — a Ukrainian energy company on whose board he sat — to his father.

Of course he's confident....here's a guy who half the time doesn't know where he's at, at one point thought he was running for the "senate" and got his wife and sister mixed up. Does he know WHO HUNTER IS...??

Trump legal adviser Jenna Ellis on Wednesday urged the American people concerned with election integrity to have hope in the ongoing efforts aimed at exposing voter irregularities and alleged fraud.

“I would just say to the American people: Take heart. This is not over yet. And we absolutely have every intention of continuing to fight for election integrity,” Ellis told The Epoch Times’ American Thought Leaders.

Trump’s legal team, which is led by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, is fighting against the clock to ensure that the sanctity of the ballot box is preserved. The team and its allies have been building a case to ensure that all concerns about voting irregularities and alleged unconstitutional actions passed by state and election officials in the 2020 election are investigated to secure confidence in the election outcome for all.

Although Dec. 14, the day that presidential electors case their votes for president, has come and gone, Ellis argues that President Donald Trump still has time to challenge the election results and that state legislatures still have time to decide which set of votes from dueling slates of delegates to send to Congress on Jan. 6, the day when the electoral college votes are counted.
