Cops in Shooting of Homeless Man Over Stolen Coffee Not Charged: Insufficient Evidence ???

Six Saginaw, Mich. officers answered a 911 call from a convenience store clerk that a homeless man stole a cup of coffee. Upon arrival, the original responding officer found 49-year-old Milton Hall, a mentally defective homeless man, outside the store holding a pocketknife. The officer, Sgt. Anajanette “A.J.” Wojciechowsk, called for backup, stating,

“(Hall was not)looking so nice.”Five additional officers answered her call. She supposedly urged them to hurry and that she might have to shoot him.When they arrived, they fired 47 shots and hit him 11 times, killing him.
No one has explained why it took six officers a total of 47 shots to subdue the mentally ill and knife-armed man. And over a cup of coffee.
