Yesterday, President obama nominated a committed gun-grabber to the United States Supreme Court to fill the vacancy left by the passing of conservative Justice Antonin Scalia.

obama’s pick is Judge Merrick Garland . . . or as I'm calling him “Gun-Grabber Garland.”

Judge Garland serves as Chief Judge -- and anti-gun apologist -- for the left-wing D.C. federal Court of Appeals.

On the appeals court, Garland left a legal legacy of trashing your Second Amendment rights, when he ruled in favor of Washington D.C.'s complete gun ban.

That’s right . . . Judge Garland sided against the 2008 landmark D.C. v Heller case -- which established what you and I already knew -- that the Second Amendment is your individual right to bear arms.

If obama gets his way and Garland is confirmed by the U.S. Senate, the Heller decision -- and even the foundation of our right to keep and bear arms -- could be wiped out forever.
