So,...Stephanopoulos asks Sanders if Trump will fire Rosenstein. She shouldn't be the one to answer that question, she doesn't need to GUESS what is in Trumps mind. BUT... if I were Trump, I would fire Rosenstein immediately ! This is the "man" who questiond if he should wear a wire and tape conversations with Trump and use the 25th ammendment to remove Trump from office

Sarah Sanders Refuses to Say Trump Won’t Fire Rod Rosenstein

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is still scheduled to meet with President Trump on Thursday.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders appeared on Good Morning America Tuesday with little answers in the wake of mass confusion over whether Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein still has a job.

It was alternately reported on Monday that Rosenstein — in the wake of reporting he once floated removing Donald Trump from office — would resign or be fired, until the White House announced he would meet with the president on Thursday.

GMA host George Stephanopoulos asked Sanders: “Does the president have confidence in Mr. Rosenstein?”

“The president has confidence in the system,” Sanders replied.
“That’s not what I asked,” Stephanopoulos shot back.

“Uh well — again, I’m not get ahead of the conversation that’s gonna take place,” Sanders said. “Certainly he wants things to take place. There have been a number of incidents that have caused a great deal of concern, not just to the president, but to Americans all over the country. People like Bruce Ohr, (Andrew) McCabe and a number of others who have been dishonest and not played the role that they were meant to play through the FBI and through the Department of Justice and the president wants to have a conversation with Rod Rosenstein and that will take place Thursday.”

“He wants to know if Rod Rosenstein said ‘should I wear a wire on the president?'” Stephanopoulos followed up, referring to reports the deputy attorney general proposed doing so in 2017.

“I think he wants to have a conversation with him,”
Sanders said. “They had a very long and good conversation yesterday, and they want to continue that in a couple of days.”

“If Rosenstein refuses to resign will the president fire him?” Stephanopoulos asked.

“I won’t get ahead of the president’s decision-making,” she reiterated.

Stephanopoulos also asked Sanders if she could promise that Special Counsel Robert Mueller‘s investigation will “continue and conclude” regardless of Rosenstein’s fate.

“Look, I’m not going to get ahead of where the president is but he has been very clear he wants this to come to a conclusion,” she said.
