Yes... Usually older people, kids or young girls.....You don't think they will attack anyone who is capable of fighting back... do you ?..OH...They like to beat on HANDICAPPED people also.......

Well, they did attack a police precinct, chased the cops away (at least that's what they think they did) and burned it.

Yes, they did...But only because the Mayor told the cops to "STAND DOWN"....I don't get it, most Police departments have the equipment of a small army....WHY STAND DOWN ???
