In all this discussion about Jacob Blake, I don't understand why there's no discussion about the fact that he should have NEVER been where he was when he was shot by police. What about the woman who called the police? She believed she was in danger because Jacob Blake was there. Look, all indications are shooting the man 7-8 times at that close range was excessive force (the investigation continues), but had he not been where he wasn't even supposed to be, would any of this happened? Isn't personal responsibility at play here at all? Or does that not matter anymore?
