On behalf of itself and the rest of America, the Texas Attorney General is asking the Supreme Court to order four states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors because of specific breaches of the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution which affect us all. 

In other news, a famous Texan legislator is offering to appear on behalf of another state's appeal to SCOTUS.
