Pelosi stood beside the Conressional Black Caucus outside of the U.S. Capitol building and emphatically said, “and thank God, the jury validated what we saw, what we saw. So, again, thank you George Floyd for sacrificing your life for justice. For being there to call out to your mom. How heartbreaking was that? To call out to your mom, ‘I can’t breathe.’ But because of you – and because of thousands, millions of people around the world who came out for justice – your name will always be synonymous with justice.”Rightfully, critics from both sides of the politcal aisle were outraged by Pelosi’s comments with many calling on her to resign. When a POTUS steps aside or does and is replaced by the Vice President the Speaker Of The House DOES NOT automatically become Vice President. The new President names a proposed replacement to become Vice President and then that nominee is vote on by the Senate. So when Biden steps down Heels Up Harris will become President but there is no way of knowing who would be nominated as her replacement. Doesn't mean Alkie Pelosi hasn't blackmailed herself into being the presumed nominee. I suspect Harris would NOT want Pelosi as VP....she might end up having a "tragic accident" ..... something Pelosi is quite capable of.
