"Shall NOT Be Infringed" is what the United States Constitution says about the second amendment. THE ONLY AMENDMENT SO NOTED....
Permits, gun free zones, extra taxes on ammo, background checks....all of these items (and many more) are INFRINGEMENTS. Why do we go along with these infringments?? Because THEY have the power to keep us from owning firearms so if you want a gun, you have to "play their game".
Why do our congresspersons, governors, mayors and ALL the other lawmakers and enforcers etc., both state, local and federal, have such a hard time understanding the MEANING of the word "infringe"?? Our "Leaders" are quick to tell us that the US is a "Constitutional Republic" BUT....They don't want to adhere to the constitution when it doesn't meet their narrative.
By now you know I'm talking about our second amendment
