Supreme Court Sides With Biden Over Border Crisis, Here Are The Conservative Justices Who FLIPPED  by Anthony T  1 hour ago

The U.S. Supreme court on Monday afternoon sided with the Biden admin in a case that reviewed the ongoing use of razor wire fencing along Texas’ border with Mexico.

In the new ruling, Federal authorities are now allowed to cut all razor wiring that Texas has installed alongside the Southern Border.

Previously, Governor Greg Abbot installed over 30 miles of razor wiring across the U.S.-Mexico border, but now it’s in danger of being all cut down after the Supreme Court’s last ruling.

The Court sided in a 5-4 decision, with Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett siding with the majority.

Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh all voted against the Biddne admin.

EDITOR’S NOTE: the Editorial Board at WLTReport.com believes this is actually the right decision on the law.  And it just might set the stage for President Trump to swiftly build his entire border wall when he is back in office.  The Biden Regime has bad intent and will use this to further weaken the Border, but legally speaking Federal Law should prevail when it comes to issues of National Security.  Now instead of certain towns, cities or states holding up President Trump, now we have another precedent in place that will grease the skids for President Trump to rapidly secure our Border.  Interesting move.  It looks bad on the surface right now, but this may be a major decision in Trump’s favor over the next 4 years.

Roberts not surprising. ACB? Her vote on this surprises me.
Don't know what to think anymore. What's your take on this, Pappy?

I'm not sure, I don't trust any of them, I'm not sure it should be decided by the SCOTUS. Don't
states have rights any more? Isn't Texas being invaded? And the Feds are no help.

I was hoping to see impeachment charges brought op on Biden, Harris and Mayorkas for their lack of fulfilling their oath of office. You know, the part about "both foreign and domestic"

If it were left up to me I would shoot a few illegals...you don't have to kill them, just injure a bit and I bet that would stop or at least slow down the amount of crossings.
But......that's just me.
