If I remember this correctly, this is the 2nd lawsuit. She has already been given a judgement of $5 million, even though she couldn't remember the date or time this supposedly happened. Doesn't this REEK of "double jeapardy"?? What's to stop her from filing again down the road? AND the fine $83 million? Isn't that just a tad extreme?? Oh... I forgot , they're only suing Trump, so it doesn't matter how much she gets for a false accusation!!!
