Man Lights Joint, Smears Own Feces on Walls of Upper Darby Police Station

By Kelly Bayliss

Wednesday, Dec 17, 2014

Carlen Higgs is facing multiple charges following an incident inside Upper Darby Police Headquarters Sunday.

Sunday turned out to be a pretty crappy day for an Upper Darby man who walked into Police Headquarters, sat on a bench and lit a joint, before being thrown into a holding cell where he allegedly defecated on the floor and wiped his feces on the wall.
Carlen Higgs, 33, was arrested Sunday morning after he arrived at Upper Darby Police Headquarters on West Chester Pike -- high on what officers believe was PCP -- demanding to speak with an officer, according Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood.
He sat down on a bench and light a joint in front of a building security guard, said Chitwood.

Officer Karr took Higgs into custody and locked him in a holding cell inside the station. While inside the cell, he allegedly took off his clothes and defecated then proceeded to smear his feces all over the walls.
Higgs is being held at Delaware County prison after failing to post bail. He's facing multiple charges including public drunkenness, possession and disorderly conduct, said Chitwoood.

Eventually, the real truth emerges.
What you do not hear from the media…..

and now there is an “I can’t breathe” protest movement sweeping the country….all from misinformation.

Maybe Jonathan Gruber is correct about the American public.
It turns out that almost everything bleated out by the race-mongers and the low-information media about the Eric Garner tragedy has turned out to be wrong.
Eric Garner, a 43-year-old father of six, is dead. This is a tragedy, regardless of the circumstances. We rightly mourn with his wife and children. They will never see their husband and father again, and that should break everyone's heart.
When we witness a gut-rending tragedy like this, we want to know who is responsible. Who is to blame for depriving this family of its husband and father?
As the facts emerge, it becomes increasingly clear that, as tragic as this situation is, in the end the culpability for Eric Garner's death rests with Eric Garner.
To put it as simply as possible, if Mr. Garner had not broken the law and then resisted arrest, he would be alive today.
While protesters are trying to make this about race, it must be noted that the police showed up in response to complaints from black business owners. The arrest was ordered by a black officer, and the arrest itself was supervised by a black officer, a female sergeant.
A crackdown on the sale of illegal, untaxed cigarettes - called "loosies" since they are sold in singles rather than in packs - had been ordered just days before Garner's arrest by the highest ranking black police officer in the NYPD, Philip Banks.

So a black officer ordered the crackdown, black business owners called for the arrest, a black officer ordered the arrest, and a black officer supervised the arrest itself.  It's also worth noting that the 23-member grand jury which refused to indict the arresting officer included nine non-white members.  Ask yourself how many of those facts you have heard from any member of the race-obsessed, low-information media.

You can tell, I;m not a believer in what was described as happening in "sandy hook". No one wants to see dead children, except maybe members of " the religion of peace"

After just passing the anniversary of the "Sandy Hook School Shooting" I find the media coverage of this Pakistani school shooting disturbing.  The Sandy Hook "crime scene" was almost antiseptic.

We were told we Americans could not cope with the sight of a dead child, or a dead childs blood on the floor. Not even shell casings or pock marks in the walls or doors. Was Adam so good a shot that every bullet fired hit a body ? They were so adamant, that every shred of evidence was disposed of, even down to the secretive demolition of the building itself.

I have never been a believer of this story in Sandy Hook, especially the way it was told. TOO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS !.......

Now cut to the scene in Pakistan. Blood all over, pooled on the floors, bloody clothes, dead bodies, bullet riddled walls, doors, empty shell casings, etc. Everything to show a horrific massacre. Does the media really think Americans "intestinal fortitude" has changed so drastically, so quickly ?

There were over 100 children killed in this raid, does the media think the quantity has made our stomachs stronger ? The fact the children weren't Americans supposed to make a difference ? Sandy Hook, Pakistan,

SOMETHING STILL DOESN'T SMELL RIGHT TO ME !!!!

IT'S O K WE SEE THIS NOW.........

Footage from inside the Peshwar school where Taliban militants killed more than 140 people — mostly children —  shows the extent of the destruction, NBC News reported. NBC News' Wajahat S. Khan was part of the first U.S. television crew allowed inside the military-run school. Inside the floors are streaked with blood and bullets have ripped chunks out of walls. Many children trying to flee were shot in the doorways of their classrooms; their bodies piled up, preventing others from escaping.

Majority of Americans Believe CIA's Harsh Interrogation Tactics Were Acceptable  By Mark Murray

A majority of Americans believe the harsh interrogation practices the Central Intelligence Agency used after the 9/11 terrorist attacks were acceptable under the circumstances, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
And a plurality say they'd be acceptable to use in the future to thwart potential terrorist threats.
In the poll, 51 percent say the interrogation practices used during the Bush Era were acceptable, while 28 percent say they went too far and were wrong.
In addition, 45 percent think they should be used in the future, versus 28 percent who disagree.
These numbers come after the Democratic-led Senate Intelligence Committee released a report detailing the harsh interrogation practices, and after Republicans defended them.
"I have no problem as long as we achieve our objective. And our objective is to get the guys who did 9/11 and it is to avoid another attack against the United States," former Vice President Dick Cheney told NBC's Chuck Todd on "Meet the Press" last Sunday. "I'd do it again in a minute."
The numbers confirm other polling on the subject, and they reveal a partisan split.
Republicans (by an 80 percent-to-9 percent margin) overwhelmingly say the practices were acceptable, and so do political independents (44 percent to 24 percent).
But Democrats say they went too far (44 percent to 32 percent).

Well, don't worry about obama, holder, sharpless or jesse jackoff weighing in on this shooting, all the players are WHITE !!!

Montgomery County Shooting Spree Suspect Bradley Stone Found Dead in Woods  By Vince Lattanzio Tuesday, Dec 16, 2014 This transpired about 30 miles north of my home

Brad Stone, the gunman who went on a rampage Monday killing 6 people and seriously wounding a 7th, has been found dead in a wooded area near his home of Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. (Published
Bradley Stone, the man prosecutors say is responsible for killing his ex-wife and five of her family members and shooting one other before going on the run, has been found dead in the woods near his home, sources and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office confirmed to NBC10.
His body was discovered around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday near W. 4th Street and Schoolhouse Road in Pennsburg. The location is yards from the former Marine's home where SWAT teams have been methodically searching for the man for the past two days.
Law enforcement sources said it appears Stone killed himself. Police also found a video recorded by Stone on a cell phone on or near his person, sources said.
Officials will be holding a news conference at 4 p.m. You can watch live above.
State police block off Schoolhouse Road in Pennsburg on Dec. 16 after police discover the body, sources say, of Bradley Stone. The 35-year-old was wanted for the shootings of his ex-wife and six family members.
Stone, 35, had not been seen since just before 5 a.m. Monday as he rushed his screaming children out of their mother's apartment in Harleysville. Moments before, neighbors and police said he gunned down the woman, Nicole Hill Stone. She was the last of seven family members he shot that morning, prosecutors said.
The children were left in his neighborhood in Pennsburg and he fled, officials said. The girls, along with Stone's current wife and infant are now in protective custody, Vetri Ferman said.
Hill Stone's mother, grandmother, sister, brother-in-law and niece were all killed in the shootings. Autopsies on the victims have begun, the DA said.
The lone survivor is her 17-year-old nephew, Anthony Flick. He remains in serious, but stable condition and is surrounded by family at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, the DA said.
Bradley Stone (pictured left) is suspected in the shooting deaths of six people, including his ex-wife Nicole Hill (pictured right), the Montgomery County District Attorney said. He's also accused in shooting a man. He remains at large.
"I cannot emphasize enough how serious his condition is, but at least at this point, we are hopeful that he will be fine," Vetri Ferman said.
A vigil will be held for the victims at 6 p.m. along Broad Street in Souderton.
Prosecutors released an updated photo of Stone, an apparent selfie, found on his personal cellphone when it was recovered along with his vehicle. Taken in November, Stone wore what appeared to be a green military jacket, red beard and a vacant expression on his face.
A digitally-enhanced version, sans-beard, was also released because prosecutors believe that it more closely depicts his current look.

Stone served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and was briefly deployed to Iraq in 2008. Fellow Marines who served with him described the man as odd and said that he had a tumultuous relationship with his ex-wife. Hill Stone's neighbors and friends told NBC10 the woman warned Stone would kill her.
Vetri Ferman said eight SWAT teams searched many locations known to Stone during their first day effort. However, none turned up clues about his whereabouts. Detectives did find some forensic evidence, but didn't elaborate as to what was found.
Police Search for Montgomery County Shooter
A supposed sighting of a man that fit Stone's description involved in an attempted carjacking in Doylestown Monday night "did not appear to be valid," she said.
Police, bolstered with help from Pennsylvania State Police, the FBI and U.S. Marshals, focused their efforts on Tuesday in the northwest part of the county where he lived and frequented, Vetri Ferman said.
It began early Monday morning when accused gunman Bradley Stone shot and killed several members of his ex-wife's family. (Published Tuesday, Dec 16, 2014)
The district attorney thanked the public for their assistance and patience. Schools in Upper Perkiomen, where Stone lives, were closed Tuesday and other districts — Souderton and Pennridge — were under lockdown.

Prosecutors released this photo of Bradley Stone, the man suspected of going on a shooting spree in Montgomery County, Pa. on Dec. 15. This photo was taken in November with his personal cell phone, prosecutors said. The photo on the right has been digitally-enhanced to show what he might look like now.

The Montgomery County shooting spree that left a woman and five family members dead was fueled by a custody battle between the woman and her ex-husband Brad Stone, according to police.

Philadelphia Police Officer Shoots Suspect in Head During Deadly Struggle  Police claim man was reaching for a loaded handgun when officer opened fireBy Dan Stamm  Monday, Dec 15, 2014)

The family of Brandon Tate-Brown asked for the NAACP to also look into the circumstances that led to the 26-year-old being shot during a police stop in Philly's Mayfair neighborhood.
The family of a man shot in the head and killed by a Philadelphia police officer sought answers in the hours after the deadly incident during a traffic stop in the city’s Mayfair section.
The deadly gunshot rang out around 2:45 a.m. along the 6600 block of Frankford Avenue after police said the suspect reached for a loaded handgun — stolen last year — in his rental car.
"I would like to know why the police, law enforcement, has the right to kill instead of disabling," the victim's mother Tanya Dickerson said. "It has to stop, this is enough already."
Dickerson later identified her son Brandon Tate-Brown as gunshot victim.

At the start of every month, the same image of a pistol points from the same place on the front page of the New Pittsburgh Courier, above the same caption: Under Attack By Us!

The only thing that changes is the number of the dead.“75 of 91 homicides Black lives,” read a recent headline in the renowned black newspaper’s crusade against black-on-black violence. It was accompanied, as always, by a literal body count: The name, race and manner of death for every homicide in Pittsburgh in 2014 — with victims being overwhelmingly black, as the headline shows. For years across the news media, stories have focused on cases like the killing of Michael Brown, the unarmed black 18-year-old, by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. And for years, the Courier has kept asking: What about all these other black lives lost?
That gun on its front page might as well be a finger pointed at black America — from a mirror.     READ MORE

FOLLOW UP ........Mississippi teen laid to rest after horrifying murder

Video: Police found 19-year-old Jessica Chambers on fire near her burning car one week ago. As investigators continue to piece together what happened, a small town will come together Saturday to say their final goodbyes.

But "THEY" made it available to the WHOLE WORLD. Isn't that close to being treasonous ? doesn't this make the U.S. look even worse through the eyes of the world ?

Udall plays key role in release of congressional CIA torture report   By Mark K. Matthews  The Denver Post

U.S. Sen. Mark Udall on November 14, 2014.

WASHINGTON — In the end, Mark Udall didn't go it alone. Nor did he have to follow through on his threat to publicize Congress' investigation of the CIA by reading the so-called "torture" report aloud on the Senate floor.
But as he took a victory lap Tuesday, the Colorado Democrat warned that the "righteous cause" of government transparency shouldn't stop with the release of the Senate's report on CIA abuses.
"We are going to continue to work to find the right balance between privacy and security," he said.
Yet as Udall looked forward — both for the nation and his own future life outside the Senate — civil libertarians and fellow Democratic lawmakers were looking backward to applaud the veteran senator for the role he played in forcing the document into the light."Sen. Udall deserves a lot of credit," said Chris Anders, a senior legislative counsel with the ACLU."Throughout his tenure on (the) Senate intelligence (committee), he was one of the staunchest supporters of Sen. (Dianne) Feinstein in getting the report done" and making it available to average Americans.

Dick Cheney refuses to call CIA's brutal interrogation techniques 'torture'

Was never a great fan of Cheney but I have to say I agree with him 100% on these issues. I would say "we could use a few more like him in our government today" !! At least he doesn't back down or change his story just to satisfy what people want to hear....

'I'd do it again in a minute,' former vice president says.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney refuses to call the enhanced interrogation techniques detailed in last week's Senate Intelligence Committee report on the CIA's brutal handling of prisoners "torture."
“We were very careful to stop short of torture,” Cheney said on "Meet the Press" Sunday. The Senate has seen fit to label their report torture.  But we worked hard to stay short of that definition."
"All of the techniques that were authorized by the president were, in effect, blessed by the Justice Department opinion that we could go forward with those without, in fact, committing torture,” the former vice president continued.
Cheney said he defines torture as "an American citizen on a cell phone making a last call to his four young daughters shortly before he burns to death in the upper levels of the Trade Center in New York City on 9/11."
"Meet The Press" host Chuck Todd asked if the "involuntary rectal feeding" detailed in the Senate Intelligence Committee's report met the legal definition of "torture."                             READ STORY
