Her comments, made several days ago, have nevertheless been viewed almost one million times. And on “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday morning, she explained her vent as due to frustration with the Obama administration for what she perceives as its failure to treat veterans with respect, and to properly provide for the security of the nation.

She also said she hails from a family of Marines.

On the OANN broadcast, Lahren said: “Radical Islam is becoming the rule, not the exception. … I care that this SOB killed four of our United States Marines and I care that our commander in chief is more concerned with Muslim sensitivity than the honor and sacrifice made by these Marines.”
She also derided Obama’s “half-way, half-baked, tip-toe, be-friendly-to-Jihadis mentality” and called for stronger American leadership.
Lahren, who’s from Rapid City, South Dakota, said on Fox News those of her age believed similarly – that Obama wasn’t being respectful to veterans or to the country – but that it was her video that’s gone viral because she has the platform to speak.

On the man who killed the Marines and injured three others, she said in the broadcast: “Do I care that he seemed like an all-American young man? Do I care that he was good at mixed martial arts or a smart quiet guy? Do I care that his high school friends would not classify him as ‘overly religious?’ No, I don’t give a flying you-know-what about any of that. … Let’s show [the terrorists] what the United States of America looks like up close and personal. Show them what they’re messing with. Put the fear of God in their desert, because clearly our lack of strategy isn’t working.”
Twitter responded with applause at her comments.
“Thank you @TomiLahren for finally saying what needed to be said.”
And another, the Daily Mail reported: “I have mad respect for what you said. We need more people to step up and pray for our country.”

On the one hand, Boehner didn’t get around to ordering the flags at the Capitol lowered until this morning either.
On the other hand, how do you explain this?
It’s a comfort to know, I guess, that days of grassroots pressure can convince the commander-in-chief to belatedly honor Marines murdered in a terror attack on U.S. soil.

Obama’s proclamation calls for the flags to remain at half-mast through Saturday “as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on July 16.”
“Our thoughts and prayers as a Nation are with the service members killed last week in Chattanooga. We honor their service. We offer our gratitude to the police officers and first responders who stopped the rampage and saved lives,” Obama said in a presidential proclamation released Tuesday.
“We draw strength from yet another American community that has come together with an unmistakable message to those who would try to do us harm: We do not give into fear. You cannot divide us. And you will not change our way of life.”

But it did change our way of life. The Pentagon ordering Marine recruiters not to wear their uniforms until further notice is a change, no?

Donald Trump is a conservative billionaire running for President. Unlike Hillary Clinton, Trump has earned his money the honest way. And he knows what affects American businesses, and the harm caused by illegal immigration.
Now, Hillary – who wanted to jump on the media bandwagon this week – has accused Trump of racism for his strong stance against illegal aliens.
While most politicians would respond quietly (if at all), Trump FIRED BACK with both barrels via a Facebook post. And it is awesome!
Here is what The Donald said:

Failing candidate Hillary Clinton, who is desperately trying to hold on to her lead in the democratic primary against Bernie Sanders, is knowingly putting out lies about my stance on illegal immigration. I said “Mexico is sending”— I’m not knocking immigration or immigrants, but rather am very critical of the country of Mexico for sending us people that they don’t want. Likewise I am very critical of illegal immigration and the tremendous problems including crime, which it causes.
She is desperate, she is sad, and she is obviously very nervous when she has to revert to issues that have already been settled given the absolute accuracy of my statement. She speaks about “my tone” and that’s the problem with our country’s leaders. They are more worried about tone than results! It’s not about being nice— it’s about being competent.
Hillary should spend more time producing her illegally hidden emails and less time trying to obfuscate a statement by me that is totally clear and obviously very much accepted by the public as true. I am honored, however, that she is attacking me, instead of Jeb Bush. Obviously she knows that JEB is no longer her real competition. The last person she wants to face is Donald Trump.

   Survivalists have long known that the biggest issue that we have in an overall societal collapse situation is that well-meaning leftists will use any means to reach their misguided ends.
That’s where this story gets scary.

Why Did 2 Churches Fly This Little-Known Flag Above U.S. Flag?

     In the wake of the confederate flag controversy that occurred after the Charleston shooting as well as the Rainbow flag controversy following the ruling on gay marriage the U.S. flag has somehow remained unfazed.
It still flies as proud as ever, even though America looks markedly different than it did a few years ago.
Sure, liberal chumps all around the United States continue to tread on it and burn it with disregard, but surprisingly most Americans continue to hold Old Glory in high esteem.
So why did 2 churches in North Carolina decide they were going to put a relic from the past above old glory?
Well as the pastors maintain, it’s because they want to call Christians across the country together to unite in a declaration of faith.
The flag they’re flying is the “Christian flag.” Created in 1897, this flag is meant to be a banner for Christians to commemorate faith.
The flag shares the same color scheme as the stars and stripes, but is mostly white with a red cross in a blue square in the upper left-hand corner.

AMES, Iowa — Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump criticized Sen. John McCain's military record at a conservative forum Saturday, saying the party's 2008 nominee was a "war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren't captured."

The comment drew some boos from the audience — and quick condemnation from rivals who have been waiting for such an opening to reign in the outspoken reality television personality. Trump has surged in polls recently, frustrating many in his party who fear that he could hurt the GOP with his comments about immigrants.
Trump and McCain, R-Ariz., traded barbs earlier this week. McCain said Trump's controversial comments about immigrants and had "fired up the crazies" at a rally in Phoenix. Trump retorted that the Arizona Republican was "a dummy" who graduated at the bottom of his class at the U.S. Naval Academy.
McCain's war record was a cornerstone of his 2008 bid for president. A Navy pilot during the Vietnam War, he was captured after his plane was shot down. He was held for more than five years as a prisoner of war.
On Saturday, speaking at a conference of religious conservatives, Trump was pressed on his description of McCain as "a dummy." The moderator, Republican pollster Frank Luntz, described McCain as "a war hero."
"He's not a war hero," Trump said. "He is a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren't captured."

No Half-Staff Flag At White House For Dead Chattanooga Servicemen: Citizens Want Answers

Flying flags at half-staff has long been a symbol of mourning over the deaths of principal figures of the United States government as well as others. It’s a collective way for both state and federal governments to show respect for a deceased person’s memory.

And many are now upset that it hasn’t been done for the five servicemen killed in the Chattanooga shooting of July 16, 2015.
Four Marines were killed on the day of and one U.S. Navy petty officer died a few days after from wounds suffered at the hands of Middle Eastern gunman Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez.
(Abdulazeez was killed by police the day of the shooting.)
Four days later, and the White House has made no indication that it plans to fly flags at half-staff, even though it made the decision to “following the shootings at Fort Hood, the Aurora Century Theater, Virginia Tech, and Sandy Hook,” Snopes reports.
Furthermore, Fox News has confirmed that many Chattanooga residents are wondering why President Obama hasn’t made such a call, particularly since he had in the Fort Hood slayings of 2009.
According to Snopes, the Chattanooga deaths “involved members of the U.S. armed forces who are considered to have been killed in the line of duty” while most of the other cases involved citizen deaths. For President Obama to do so at a national level “would require the President to pick and choose among service deaths to decide which to so honor.”
Then why Fort Hood? It depends on whom you ask.
Snopes theorizes that flying the flag at half-staff in the Fort Hood case happened because “the shooter was himself a member of the U.S. Army, and the attack was classified as an act of workplace violence” rather than line-of-duty.
Opponents of the administration see it a different way, accusing the President of being a newly elected opportunist in 2009 but a second-term President, who no longer “has to pretend” and can “show his true colors” six and a half years into his presidency if you buy in to the Fox News commenter theories.

The Atlantic slave trade or transatlantic
slave trade took place across the Atlantic Ocean from the 16th through to the 19th centuries. The vast majority of those enslaved that were transported to the New World, many on the triangular trade route and its Middle Passage, were West Africans from the central and western parts of the continent sold by western Africans to western European slave traders, or by direct European capture to the Americas. The numbers were so great that Africans who came by way of the slave trade became the most numerous Old World immigrants in both North and South America before the late 18th century. Far more slaves were taken to South America than to the north. The South Atlantic economic system centered on producing commodity crops, and making goods and clothing to sell in Europe, and increasing the numbers of African slaves brought to the New World. This was crucial to those western European countries which, in the late 17th and 18th centuries, were vying with each other to create overseas empires.
The Portuguese were the first to engage in the New World slave trade in the 16th century, in the year 1526, and other countries soon followed. Ship owners considered the slaves as cargo to be transported to the Americas as quickly and cheaply as possible, there to be sold to labour in coffee, tobacco, cocoa, sugar and cotton plantations, gold and silver mines, rice fields, construction industry, cutting timber for ships, in skilled labour, and as domestic servants. The first Africans imported to the English colonies were classified as "indentured servants", like workers coming from England, and also as "apprentices for life". By the middle of the 17th century, slavery had hardened as a racial caste; they and their offspring were legally the property of their owners, and children born to slave mothers were slaves. As property, the people were considered merchandise or units of labour, and were sold at markets with other goods and services.
The Atlantic slave traders, ordered by trade volume, were: the Portuguese, the British, the French, the Spanish, and the Dutch Empire. Several had established outposts on the African coast where they purchased slaves from local African leaders. [NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT SLAVES WERE BROUGHT TO THE NORTH AMERICA BY THE COLONISTS] These slaves were managed by a factor who was established on or near the coast to expedite the shipping of slaves to the New World. These slaves were kept in a factory while awaiting shipment. Current estimates are that about 12 million Africans were shipped across the Atlantic,^[ although the number purchased by the traders is considerably higher.
The slave trade is sometimes called the Maafa by African and African-American scholars, meaning "great disaster" in Swahili. Some scholars, such as Marimba Ani and Maulana Karenga, use the terms "African Holocaust" or "Holocaust of Enslavement"

It's a shame more "african americans" don't read their own history. They only go back as far as white people OWNING slaves. They don't read back far enough (taking for granted they can read) to find HOW the blacks became slaves in the first place. They don't want to admit that they were made slaves by their own people (BLACK, NATIVE AFRICANS). YES, whites bought them for "cheap labor", but we didn't put them into slavery, and they should remember, WHITES ARE THE ONES THAT FREED THEM !! Also remember... the southerners weren't the only slave owners, the north had their share also.

 
How did the Slaves traders capture African slaves?

The slaves were captured from their tribes by people (usually part of another tribe) crept up and either threw a net of clubbed them until they were unconsios. They then transported the to a fort where they were held ready to be take onto boats by the traders.
The slaves were mainly bought by british boats from the African traders and were taken to many countries including parts of South America, and some parts of asia, but mainly to the United States.
Most of the slaves, Over 35% were shipped to Brazil and South American colonies, not the then non existent U.S.

The prisoners and captives who were sold were usually from neighbouring or enemy ethnic groups. These captive slaves were considered "other", not part of the people of the ethnic group or "tribe" ; African kings held no particular loyalty to them. Sometimes criminals would be sold so that they could no longer commit crimes in that area. Tensions over the Confederate flag debate reached a boiling point today at the South Carolina Statehouse during a number of rallies that showcased extreme views and emotions on both sides of the issue.

In preparation for their out-of-town ‘guests’, Gov. Nikki Haley had called for the people of South Carolina to stay home and ignore the North Carolina based Ku Klux Klan group that had announced their plans to rally at the Statehouse in support of the Confederate flag and “white pride.”

For fear of violence, weapons were also temporarily banned from the Statehouse grounds.

As the parade of rallies started out, it appeared most people had heeded the Governor’s advice and stayed home. By mid-afternoon, however, a crowd had gathered and clashes broke out.

Things started to warm up when the 200 or so arrived for the Black Lawyers for Justice and Black Educators for Justice rally. Another out-of-state organization (they are from Florida), the group with ties to the New Black Panther Party used their First Amendment time for fiery speeches liberally sprinkled with “black power.”
