Who is responsible for keeping racism alive ? While not 100% to blame, the MEDIA takes the lions share. Read Below

Philadelphia Pa. has a new mayor, sworn in today. The following is a post, on my wife's facebook page from a "retired school teacher" friend of ours.....

What's on my mind.......reading the updates on swearing in ceremonies......The stupid, headline grabbing......Philadelphia media ....and their relentless mentioning of non African American Mayor Kinney, that he followed three black mayors.....blah blah blah.......not everyone has vision problems. So thanks for helping the visually impaired, I realize that you were just trying to help. HA-HA !

MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry Calls Star Wars Racist Because Darth Vader Wore Black Suit
On her eponymous named Sunday morning show, MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry went into a mini-rant about racism in Star Wars as she complained about villain Darth Vader being “totally a black guy” when he was “cutting off white men’s hands” who did not “claim his son,” but then became a white man after he “claims his son and goes over to the good.” During a segment about the upcoming The Force Awakens sequel, after a discussion about Princess Leia’s slave girl costume from the 1980s, the MSNBC host admitted to having mixed feelings about the popular movie series.

MSNBC Guest Complains That Criminals Are Discriminated Against
Daryl Atkinson MSNBC

MSNBC has found a new victim class to champion during a segment on Melissa Harris- Perry’s show.
Daryl Atkinson, the Southern Coalition for Social Justice senior staff attorney was on to present to the world that people with criminal backgrounds are being discriminated against. During a segment that talked about President Barack Obama’s movement to ban a box on applications that ask whether the applicant has committed a crime other than a traffic violation, Atkinson made this statement,
“The president’s action on Monday really affirms values that we hold dear in this country. Values like inclusion and equal opportunity for all people because people with records face legal discrimination in many areas of life. The 65 million Americans, one in three adult Americans, that have a criminal record history, face barriers in employment, housing, education; even volunteering in their children’s school.”
Why should a bank be made aware of a person who committed grand theft auto last year when making a hiring decision that involves the handling of large amounts of money? Why should a school be made aware of a candidate’s background that includes convictions of drug distribution? Why should a hospital be made aware of a candidate’s criminal records that include sexual assault before making a hiring decision where they will be in a position of caretaker of those who are sometimes in helpless situations?

Texas Governor Challenges Obama on Gun Control: ‘Come and Take It’

On New Year’s Day, Texas Governor Greg Abbott had a strong message for President Obama regarding his upcoming plan to unilaterally enact gun control legislation: “Come and take it.”

“Obama wants to impose more gun control,” Abbott tweeted Friday. “My response? COME & TAKE IT.”
The Republican governor’s statement comes amid announcements the Obama administration will act later this month to impose stricter rules on the selling and purchase of firearms.
The president will meet with Attorney General Loretta Lynch Monday to discuss what actions can be taken to circumvent the Second Amendment without congressional authorization, the Washington Post reports.   The new rules will reportedly seek to require private sellers to conduct background checks, as well as prevent people on the no-fly list from being able to purchase firearms.Meanwhile, Governor Abbott has made a strong show of support for Texans’ Second Amendment rights.   On Friday a new law came into effect allowing licensed citizens of the Lone Star State to openly carry holstered pistols.
The phrase “come and take it” was emblazoned on a flag flown by Texian forces during the Texas Revolution, chiefly at the battle of Gonzales, where Texian rebels revolted against the Mexican army and challenged them to retrieve a cannon loaned to them for protection.

Obama Continues Attacks On Trump… But What He Just Said About White Men Is INFURIATING

President Barack Obama’s approval ratings have been embarrassingly low, probably because of his many failed policies during his tenure in the White House. But, of course, he won’t take responsibility for it and always finds someone or something else to point the finger at.
Most recently, during an interview where he attacked Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, Obama pointed his finger at one group, in particular — working class white people
In a Dec. 21 National Public Radio interview, Obama accused Trump of playing off the fears of white, working-class men to get a jump in the polls, according to The New York Times.

“President Obama said in a radio interview airing on Monday that Donald J. Trump, a leading contender for the Republican presidential nomination, is exploiting the resentment and anxieties of working-class men to boost his campaign,” The Times reported.

“Mr. Obama also argued that some of the scorn directed at him personally stems from the fact that he is the first African-American to hold the White House.”
In in the interview, Obama explained that “(d)emographic changes and economic stresses, including ‘flatlining’ wages and incomes, have meant that ‘particularly blue-collar men have had a lot of trouble in this new economy, where they are no longer getting the same bargain that they got when they were going to a factory and able to support their families on a single paycheck.'”

“You combine those things, and it means that there is going to be potential anger, frustration, fear — some of it justified, but just misdirected,” the president said. “I think somebody like Mr. Trump is taking advantage of that. That’s what he’s exploiting during the course of his campaign.”
Although the president didn’t come right out and say “white men hate me because I’m black,” it can be easily inferred by looking at his statement about the working class, combined with his comment about being the first black president.
Furthermore, it’s quite interesting that Obama himself admits in this interview that the economy is under stress during the “new economy” (aka: his administration’s economic failure). So, basically, the president is admitting that he is responsible for ruining the economy for the working class, but instead of taking responsibility for that, he just calls those who are upset at him “racist.”
We couldn’t possibly disagree with him based solely on his policies, apparently.

These are the very statements that perpetuate the racial animosity we experience in this country. It’s not “white people” who keep mentioning your skin color, Mr. President … it’s you.

Trump: Clinton and Obama Created ISIS
Donald Trump blames the Obama administration for fostering the rise of the Islamic State – and suggests he could have all but predicted the burning of the Saudi Embassy in Tehran Saturday.
In a rally in Biloxi, Miss., Saturday night, the GOP front-runner told an appreciative crowd that he loves "predicting because you know, ultimately, you need somebody with vision," Business Insider reports.
"I'm pretty good at signals, and I see a lot of things happening," Trump said, referring to unrest sparked by the execution in Saudi Arabia of a prominent Shiite cleric.
"One thing I see out there just happened today in Tehran," he added. "They're burning down the Saudi Embassy, you see that? Now, what that is, is Iran wants to take over Saudi Arabia. They always have. They want the oil, OK? They've always wanted that."
And he noted he'd previously called for bombing the oil assets of ISIS.
"I've predicted a lot of things, you have to say, including, 'Get the oil, take the oil, keep the oil.' Right? I've been saying that for three years, and everybody said, 'Oh, I can't do that. I mean, this is a sovereign country,'" he said, Business Insider reports. "There is no country."
He then pointed the finger of blame at both President Barack Obama and his former secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, for the rise of ISIS.
"They have a bunch of dishonest people," he said, Business Insider reports. "They've created ISIS. Hillary Clinton created ISIS with Obama

Iran deal was so bad it’s suspicious
Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump says the nuclear deal with Iran is so bad, he is close to wondering whether it was done poorly on purpose.
“It’s almost like there has to be something else going on,” he said Saturday night at a rally in Biloxi, Miss. “I don’t think there is, I just don’t think they’re competent.”
Trump said he couldn’t believe the U.S. would agree to a deal with Iran that did not include the return of Americans held prisoner in Iran.
“Who would make that deal?” he asked, suggesting Tehran was celebrating as the agreement was being negotiated.
The billionaire businessman said American negotiators should have began the process by insisting on getting the prisoners back.
He said Iran would have refused, but afterward, “you double and triple up your sanctions” and it would change Iran’s tune.

Trump pledged of the prisoners: “They will be out before I take office.”
And of Secretary of State John Kerry: “I can’t believe they didn’t walk from that negotiation.”
“People want, not that phony Obama change,” he added. “People want strength, they want competence.”

I don't want anyone hurt but,....sooner or later someone was destined to defy the overreach of the U.S. government

Armed militia, Bundy brothers take over federal building in rural Oregon

An armed militia took over a building at a national wildlife refuge in Oregon late Saturday and vows to occupy the outpost for years to protest the federal government’s treatment of a pair of ranchers facing prison time.
The occupation of a portion of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge 30 miles southeast of Burns, Ore., followed a peaceful march for ranchers Dwight Hammond, 73, and Steven Hammond, 46, who are scheduled to report to federal prison in San Pedro, Calif., on Monday after being convicted of arson, according to the Oregonian.
Prosecutors said the father and son set the fire, which burned about 130 acres in 2001 on leased federal land, to conceal poaching, according to CNN. The Hammonds argued that they were attempting to reduce the growth of invasive plant species and ward off potential wildfires. The pair was sentenced to five years in prison.
Among the occupiers are several members of the Bundy family, whose patriarch — Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy — was involved in an armed standoff with government agents over grazing rights in 2014.

Bill's "Bimbos" Fight Back

Bill's "Bimbos" Fight Back

Hillary Clinton just can't help herself. The Democratic frontrunner chided Republican frontrunner Donald Trump over his various remarks on women. Hillary was talking to her base. What she didn't realize is that Mr. Trump has no intention of letting Clitnon's remarks go unanswered. And the result

Last week, Hillary accused (link is external) Republican candidate Donald Trump of having a “penchant for sexism” in an interview with the Des Moines Register in Iowa.  The billionaire fired back  (link is external)on Twitter: “Be careful Hillary as you play the war on women or women being degraded card.”
Trump followed up with a second tweet, saying, “Hillary, when you complain about ‘a penchant for sexism,’ who are you referring to? I have great respect for women. BE CAREFUL!”
Clinton has sought to portray her campaign as one that is fighting for women’s rights.  On several occasions, she has tweeted about sex assault survivors’ right to be believed, and awkwardly starred in a campaign ad in which she insisted that one must always side with women who accuse men of sexual assault – a strange position given that her husband was repeatedly accused of precisely that crime.
“You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed. We’re with you,” Clinton said in the video, which she addressed (link is external) to “every survivor of sexual assault.”
Since Hillary first announced her candidacy in April, my weekend talk radio program has become a support center of sorts in which Bill’s female accusers tell their newly relevant stories; a safe-space for these women to sound off about the way they were allegedly treated by both Bill and Hillary. The theme that emerges is of an out-of-control, entitled husband, and a wife who was actively involved in covering up his behavior, many times by allegedly targeting the female victims themselves.
Mrs. Clinton and her followers will dismiss the Kathleen Willey's Juanita Broaddrick's and Jennifer Flowers of the world as abberations, or much worse. That's how the Clintons have always handled Bill's victims.
But Hillary cannot escape the cold and inconvenient truth that her husband preyed on women...and Hillary knew all about it.

Obama’s final year in office appears to be ending with a whimper,...HOPEFULLY !!

Increasingly Impotent Obama To Unveil Executive Actions On Guns

barack-obama

President Barack Obama has long been frustrated by the Constitution of the United States blocking his attempt to undermine the gun rights of American citizens, and has repeatedly blustered that he would take “executive actions” to effect change.
Despite all of his threats and scolding, all he has to back up his boasts are a pair of trivial proposals.
According to gun industry insiders and others familiar with the proposals, the changes include requiring an expanded number of small-scale gun sellers to be licensed — and therefore conduct background checks — whenever selling a weapon. This wouldn’t close the so-called gun show loophole, though it has the potential to narrow it.
The administration is also expected to impose tighter rules for reporting guns that get lost or stolen on their way to a buyer.
Neither comes close to the stronger gun control measures Obama sought in the wake of the 2012 mass shooting of schoolchildren in Sandy Hook and that he has said he still wants. But with Congress unlikely to approve any new gun curbs before the 2016 election, the measures are in line with what gun-control advocates were hoping would be adopted before Obama leaves office.

The Hard Line | Dennis Michael Lynch talks about Americans supporting Trump

This Is EXACTLY What Liberalism Looks Like!

One man, 13 moronic women and 15 kids destined to be raised by the state … this, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly what liberalism looks like.
Cue the Obama World-Herald:
When Norman Bennett got out of prison, he was supposed to become a productive member of society.
This wasn’t what anyone had in mind.
Bennett became a reproductive citizen: At age 31, he has at least 13 kids by 11 women.
That’s a tentative tally, because various court records seem to indicate that the Omaha man may have 15 kids by 13 women. Or more.
That court officials weren’t sure how many children he has speaks to the jaw-dropping nature of his case.
So does this: Bennett owes at least $50,000 in child support.
… Whether Bennett pays up or not, the women he impregnated are receiving child support through the welfare program formerly known as Aid to Dependent Children.
In other words, state and federal taxpayers are partly footing the bill for Bennett’s brood.
Where do I even begin?
  • Unrepentant thug … √
  • Women with zero sense … √
  • Out-of-wedlock births … √
  • Single-parent homes … √
  • Children destined to fail … √
  • Boatloads of welfare … √
  • Personal responsibility … ÎŸ
According to local attorney Meagan Spomer, this pitiful tale is nothing, in that she reportedly knows of a worthless deadbeat dad with a whopping 23 kids by 15 equally moronic women.
The best part about all this is that we the sensible taxpayers who work 40+ hours a week, save our money and act responsibly get to pay for these despicable people’s endless torrent of “mistakes.”
I surrounded mistakes with quotes because honestly, it seems to me like these sorts of folks lack the intellectual capacity to even realize the errors of their ways. Bennett certainly lacks it, and I bet you every dollar in my bank account that these women will continue to date thugs.
What motivation is there for them to even change, when they know that their government is there, ready and willing to pave their road with free money disguised in “good intentions?”
But let me be clear: This is NOT just a black thing.
Take a trip to Walmart some time, and you’ll see this exact same malady replicated a thousand times over in whites and Latinos, though to be fair, it seems most prevalent among blacks.
Regardless, it’s really not a black or white thing; it’s LIBERALISM, and this is exactly what it looks like!

You Think Whites Are Racist? Guess What Saudi Muslims Are Still Selling Today   December 30, 2015 by Dom the Conservative

Blacks Lives Matter protesters and anti-cop activists have continued to spew their hatred towards whites at every turn. However, when we look at what is still widely happening to this day in the Muslim world, we can see where the real racism lies — and it puts even the American slave trade to shame.
If you asked the American black community as a whole who they believe is their most critical enemy, chances are you’d see fingers pointing at the police, Republicans, or even whites altogether. It’s not only unfortunate that they have no idea of the actual inhumanity blacks are suffering today, but that they are ironically flocking to the very group of people who have brutalized them from the very moment of its formation.
Today, Muslims own an estimated 14 million black slaves, yet not one black leader in the U.S. is speaking out against or even concerned about this disturbing statistic. Even more so, Saudi Arabia, the heartland of Islam, is the biggest offender.

Cargill Meat Solutions said Thursday it tried to resolve a workplace prayer dispute with Somali workers at its Fort Morgan meatpacking plant that led to the firing of about 190 employees.
The workers who lost their jobs were mostly immigrants from Somalia, and their termination came after they failed to report to work for three consecutive days last week to protest what they say were changes in times allowed for Muslim prayer.

Cargill says, however, it makes every "reasonable attempt" to provide religious accommodation for all of its employees at the Fort Morgan plant without interrupting operations.

Understanding Trump    Laura Hollis | Dec 31, 201

As 2015 comes to a close, the biggest story of the year is unquestionably the meteoric rise and mystifying (to some) staying power of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Despite numerous opinion pieces and analyses devoted to the phenomenon, it appears that neither the permanent political class nor the media elite that prop them up have figured out what is driving his popularity.
It's easy to understand Donald Trump's popularity if you understand the American public. But our politicians and pundits do not understand us. It's hard to know whether observers are being deliberately obscurantist or they legitimately do not see what's happening. Either way, it's time to shoot down some of the oft-repeated tropes about Trump.
1. It isn't just middle-class whites. David Frum has an excellent article in the newest issue of The Atlantic. It's titled "The Great Republican Revolt." His insightful piece comes closer than any I have read in explaining Trump's success, and yet even Frum falls short of the mark. He, like so many others, misreads the American mood.
Frum characterizes the Trump wave as being driven largely by disgruntled, middle-class (and middle-aged) whites. While Trump enjoys strong support in that demographic, his popularity extends to others as well. Recent polls have shown Trump with a favorability rating approaching 45 percent among American Hispanics -- a group that "conventional wisdom" suggests would be overwhelmingly opposed to him, based upon his hardline approach to immigration. African-Americans also support Trump in large numbers (some polls suggest 40 percent). Sisters (and "Trumpkins") Lynette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson (of "Diamond and Silk" fame) have become a public face of the black support for Trump's campaign, garnering hundreds of thousands of subscribers and millions of views for their YouTube videos.
These statistics poke huge holes in the theory that Trump's success is driven by white racism.
But why wouldn't there be cross-demographic support for a man who promises to bring jobs back to America when 94 million Americans are out of the work force? Even assuming that this includes large numbers of retiring baby boomers, that is a lot of people who have given up looking for work. Which brings me to my next point.

Open carry or concealed, Real or fake ? What is the legal age to carry a handgun ? I think the cop could have hesitated or shot for a non lethal part of the body, BUT....I wasn't the one facing the gun.....

ICYMI: Grand Jury Decides Not To Charge Officers In Tamir Rice Shooting. Also, Rice Wasn’t Open Carrying Matt Vespa | Dec 31,2015

Back in June, Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Ronald Adrine found cause to charge Cleveland Officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback with murder and negligent homicide respectively in the case of the shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice. Yet, he did not have the authority to issue arrest warrants, and the fact that Cuyahoga County prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty said the matter of moving forward with criminal charges will be decided by a grand jury. The Rice case is one of the many police-involved shooting deaths of Black Americans that spawned the Black Lives Matter movement.
Rice was shot and killed by Officer Loehmann on November 22, 2014 after a 911 call reported that someone was walking around with a gun at a local park. Rice was playing with a toy pellet gun, but had removed the orange safety tip, according to Cleveland.com. The safety tip serves to differentiate a toy gun from a real one.
