                         Kerry betrayed America, so Donald is taking big action.

Here’s the only fact we need to know: If you’re a private citizen and you negotiate with a foreign power on behalf of the American government, that’s a crime. It’s called the Logan Act. And John Kerry violated it, plain and simple.

Former Secretary of State Kerry met with Iranian officials last year, which was shady and questionable at best.

In fact, the Boston Globe referred to the meeting between Kerry and Iranian Prime Minister Javad Zarif as follows:

“an aggressive yet stealthy’ mission to apply pressure to the Trump administration to keep the Iran nuclear deal.”

Kerry had no right to be there in the first place. It seems obvious that the former Secretary of State is indeed in violation of the Logan Act.

President Donald Trump knows exactly what happened, and he thinks Kerry should be prosecuted. Immediately. Here’s what Trump told reporters (via Fox News):

“You know John Kerry speaks to them a lot, and John Kerry tells them not to call.

That’s a violation of the Logan Act, and frankly he should be prosecuted on that.” 

And what does Kerry have to say in his defense?

Oh, it’s your standard attack on the President, with zero facts to support the rebuttal.

A spokesperson for Kerry offered this lame reply:

“Everything President Trump said today is simply wrong, end of story.

He’s wrong about the facts, wrong about the law, and sadly he’s been wrong about how to use diplomacy to keep America safe.”

Of course, this spokesperson doesn’t say WHY Trump is wrong.

Like most leftists, he just flips out and calls the President stupid, and then attempts to attack his ability to use “diplomacy.” And yet, Kerry himself admitted to meeting with Zarif “three or four times” since leaving office!

Are we missing a step here?

So, Kerry confesses, Trump says he should be prosecuted for breaking government law, then a Kerry spokesperson says POTUS is “wrong.” yeah, that sounds like your standard Democrat argument.

No facts, just scream at the top of your lungs like a seven-year-old pitching a temper tantrum. That’s a liberal for you. But hopefully, Trump will get his way and Kerry WILL be prosecuted. This can’t be allowed to stand!

I wanted to post something on Virginias new proposed laws concerning firearms and other self defense methods.....I went onto "BING" and found about 14 sites listed on the first page. NOT ONE MAJOR MEDIA SOURCE...! Are they afraid to talk or write about it..?

Virginia to Outlaw Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Firearms Instruction and Self-defense Training

The State of Virginia is proposing a new 2020 law known as SB64 (see link here) which will be taken up by the Senate beginning January 8, 2020.

The law would instantly transform all martial arts instructors into criminal felons. This includes instructors who teach kickboxing, BJJ, Krav Maga, boxing and even Capoeira.

It would also criminalize all firearms training classes, including concealed carry classes.

It would even criminalize a father teaching his own son how to use a hunting rifle.

Specifically, the law says that a person “is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity” (a class 5 felony) if that person:

“Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons…”

The phrase “technique capable of causing injury or death to persons” covers all forms of martial arts and self-defense training, including Krav Maga, BJJ, boxing and other contact martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do or Tai Chi.

Under the proposed law, all forms of self-defense training — including hand-to-hand martial arts training — would be considered “paramilitary activity,” even if the training consists of private classes involving just one instructor and one student.

That’s because every form of martial arts training imparts skills which could be used to cause injury to other persons.

In fact, according to the language of the law, just “one” person learning such arts is a felony crime, which means that watching a DVD on Krav Maga would be a felony crime.

Orthodox Jews Open Carry AR Rifles After Anti-Semitic Attacks   Some members of the Jewish community have armed themselves in light of recent anti-Semitic attacks.

Some members of New York’s Orthodox Jewish community were seen open carrying AR rifles at a community event on Sunday, a day after a man attacked a rabbi’s home with a machete, sending five people to the hospital with injuries.

Another attack occurred in Jersey City earlier this month at a Jewish grocery where where four people were killed.

The two attacks specifically targeting New York City’s Jewish community appear to have motivated some members of the community to arm themselves in self-defense.

The armed men were attending a community event intended to strengthen spirits in light of the traumatic events.

New York is a state that enacts some of the most Orwellian gun control policies in the country, and some questioned if the men’s rifles were legal under the state’s laws. Open carry is heavily restricted in New York, and only “featureless” AR rifles that contain cosmetic modifications can be legally bought and sold in the state.

In any case, it’s a shame the men may be afoul of the state’s gun laws in an environment where it appears some members of the general public are inclined to target Jews. It’s hard to imagine that New York prosecutors would go after the men after the two attacks on the Jewish community, but if they did, some Jews who wish to arm themselves in self-defense might feel left with no choice other than to move to a state where peaceful gun ownership is legal.

The men may feel a prescient need for armed self-defense after an attack on a Texas church Sunday was thwarted by an armed congregation member. The retired police officer neutralized a shotgun-wielding gunman who opened fire on churchgoers.

2019 Was Another One Of Those Tough Years For The "Expert

Woodrow Wilson was the President who began the transformation of the U.S. federal government into a collection of huge bureaucracies staffed by supposedly neutral and apolitical “experts” who could run things so much better than we ordinary humans could. A hundred plus years into this, we now have dozens of massive bureaucracies staffed by these so-called “experts.”

President Trump appears to have a somewhat different view. The New York Times of December 28 has a piece by Brad Plumer and Coral Davenport that addresses how one particular group of these so-called “experts” — scientific ones — is faring under Trump. The headline is “Science Under Attack: How Trump Is Sidelining Researchers and Their Work.” Excerpt:

In just three years, the Trump administration has diminished the role of science in federal policymaking while halting or disrupting research projects nationwide, marking a transformation of the federal government whose effects, experts say, could reverberate for years. Political appointees have shut down government studies, reduced the influence of scientists over regulatory decisions and in some cases pressured researchers not to speak publicly. The administration has particularly challenged scientific findings related to the environment and public health opposed by industries such as oil drilling and coal mining. You ought to take the time while riding around in your government provided luxury executive jet to do just that. You represent Socialistic and even Marxist principals that our founding fathers tried to avoid when setting out the capitalistic republican form of government represented by our Constitution.

I find it interesting that you and your husband are multi-millionaires with much of your fortune being made as a result of your public service. You have controlled legislation that has enhanced your husband's investments both on and off shore. At the same time you redistributed the wealth of others. Our system of a free market economy is being destroyed by the likes of you. You ride around in a Gulfstream airplane at the tax payers expense while criticizing the presidents of companies who produced something for the economy. You add nothing to the economy of the United States; you only subtract therefrom.

I would like to suggest that you return to the city of fruitcakes and nuts and eat your husband's canned tuna and pineapple - produced by illegal immigrants and by workers who have been excluded from the protection that 90% of the legal workers in the United States have.

I await your defeat in the next election with glee...

Don’t ever use the term un-American again for protesters who love this country and are exercising their rights upon which this country was founded. By the way, while I served in the Army, I was spit on by the same type of lunatics who support you and who you probably supported in the 60s and 70s. The swamp runs deep, my friends. But Trump just took another swamp dweller out of commission.

Over the years, plenty of sensitive information has been leaked to the fake news media. Why? Well, mostly thanks to deep state operatives who are “in bed” with reporters.

In some cases, that is literal.

Government agents don’t always do what’s best for the country. In fact, they let their personal and political agendas get in the way, big time.

But as each swamp rat tries to bit back at Trump, he is taking them out.

Including this one guy, who was spilling secrets to his girlfriend.

An employee of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency was arrested on federal charges that he leaked classified information, including details of a foreign country’s weapons systems, to two reporters in 2018 and this year…

Frese and one of the reporters “were involved in a romantic relationship for some or all of that period of time.”

Wow, talk about a big fat swamp rat! U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency employee Henry Kyle Frese was arrested for leaking information to two reporters.

He was caught red-handed accessing sensitive information from DIA networks, then handing it off to his buddies in the media.

According to reports, one of those reporters was romantically linked to Frese.

Ouch, dude. Was this girl into you because she liked you or was she after your access? I guess that all depends on if she’s still dating you!

As ugly as that sounds, it’s pretty common in D.C. Reporters go to great lengths for leaked info they can spin as a scoop.

And when I mean great lengths, I mean, they’ll do anything.

Frese helped his reporter allies by leaking critical information about weapons systems of foreign countries.

Yikes, this is not like the president’s favorite flavor of ice cream. These are serious pieces of information that can harm our government.

Not to mention our national security!

Why did he do it? Reports indicate he was motivated by politics. Probably a pretty face, too.

Sorry, Hank, but when to take that oath to serve, you gotta live up to it. Let this be a lesson to all the other swamp rats.
