A wife in China cut off her cheating husband's penis with a pair of scissors while he slept, then went to his hospital room after he had it sewn back on and chopped it off again. 32-year-old Fan Lung was caught by his 21-year-old wife, Feng after he used her cell phone to send messages to his secret lover.
