A Colorado first-grader was suspended from school after he aimed his fingers at a classmate in the shape of the gun and said: "You're dead."
Elijah Thurston, who is just 6-years-old, was banned from attending Stratton Meadows Elementary School in Colorado Springs for one day after Monday's incident, according to KRDO.
Teachers said he was disciplined for "making threats against peers."
His dad Austin Thurston, however, said his son was "just playing."
