Family Sues Men Who Texted Driver Who Struck and Killed Firefighter   By NBC - Joe Fryer
Should the people who texted a driver involved in a crash be held accountable? That's the question being raised after the family of a firefighter who was struck and killed by a driver who was on her phone not only sued the woman but also the men who texted her.

A firefighter was killed in Lawrence County by someone who was texting and driving behind the wheel. Now his family isn’t suing just the driver but the two other men who were texting her as well . NBC’s Joe Fryer reports.
