Andrew Napolitano: Obama Just Gave “Material Support” to Terrorists [VIDEO]

  

Former Judge Andrew Napolitano has decried President Obama’s unconstitutional and lawless actions on multiple occasions before, even saying that impeachment is possibly the only option remaining for dealing with an out-of-control Executive branch.
It appears that Obama has once again broken the law and acted unilaterally, this time in releasing five senior Taliban leaders from the military prison in Guantanamo Bay in exchange for a US soldier being held by the Taliban, without giving Congress the 30 days notice required by law.
