Dempsey: Army May Still Pursue Desertion ChargesTue, June 03, 2014          U.S. Joint Chiefs Chairman Martin Dempsey said the U.S. Army may still pursue desertion charges against Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl despite his five years as a prisoner of war. Dempsey told the Associated Press that U.S. military leaders "have been accused of looking away frommisconduct" and that it should not be assumed they will do the same for Bergdahl.
