Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro took to the airwaves to decry President Obama’s immigration policies, specifically those concerning underage children from Central America that have been crossing the U.S. border unaccompanied by parents or guardians.
Judge Pirro began her ten-minute statement by telling viewers she thinks that President Obama is trying to intentionally alter the country’s demographics, thereby changing the electorate. She thinks as many as 100,000 illegal immigrants from Central America could be living in the United States in a few years. Many of these illegal immigrants will have voting rights by then and will vote for a party friendly to immigration reform, namely Democrats.
Pirro disputed the claim that most of the unaccompanied minors were helpless children by stating that most of the immigrants are between “14 and 16 years old” and mostly male. She said that many of the teenagers have gang affiliations.
Pirro also claimed that the Mexican government was actively trying to encourage this immigration, allowing children access to trains and buses.
Although there were only about 6,500 unaccompanied minors crossing the U.S. border in 2011, Pirro noted that since new immigration policies championed by President Obama were enacted, over 25,000 young men and women have crossed the border.
