Rand Paul Explains What He Would Do To ISIS As President  If Rand Paul had the opportunity to be President of the United States, there are some things that he would do to the group ISIS. Paul is currently debating whether he wants to run for President or not. He does know that he would destroy ISIS and all that it stands for in the world. The foreign policy that the United States has now is almost nonexistent. The United States thinks that it can solve all of the problems of other countries when it can’t even solve it’s own concerns.Congress would be called together it Paul was President. He would give all of the reasons that ISIS needs to be destroyed and ask that permission be given to launch a military defeat. If that doesn’t work, then take it upon himself to attack the group. President Obama’s actions tell a different story. He has no plan, no strategy, and there are no interventions except for giving humanitarian aid to the country. Paul feels like most of the other Americans in the country. Our military should pull out of the area as soon as possible before more people are beheaded. Maybe if the politicians see enough videos of journalists and soldiers being tortured and killed they will decide to do something
