What Was Obama Doing All Weekend Instead Of Forming an ISIS Strategy

    President Obama seems to avoid the stresses of dealing with issues from other countries, especially when those countries have terrorist groups that might be a danger to the United States. While the rest of the nation is concerned about the possible disaster to come from ISIS, Obama has been doing what he loves to do best. He took some time away from the White House.

   One of the things that Obama has told the country is that he doesn’t have a strategy for defeating ISIS. He could have spent time in Washington developing a strategy, but instead, he was at fundraisers in New York and Rhode Island. The fundraisers were meant to raise money for Democrats because of the upcoming election. Some could say that he did do something good for part of the trip as he decided to cancel the plans he had to spend the night in New York after the fundraising event. A wedding was among his plans over the weekend after the fundraisers, so even though he went back to Washington, he left just as quickly. Many people are seeing that Obama seems to care more about fundraisers and vacations than he does the real threat of a terrorist group committing another act against the country. It doesn’t seem likely that he will ever give up his extracurricular activities in order to run the country any time soon.
