Joe Biden Had Secret Meeting With The Chinese Propaganda Unit

(TheLibertyRevolution.com)- President Joe Biden’s deep links to China were exposed during his presidential campaign, but a previously ignored press release from a United States-based Chinese Communist Party Consulate is doing the rounds. It revealed how Joe Biden, during his time as Vice President, participated in a welcome reception for the Vice President of the Chinese Communist Party, Li Yuanchao.

Before attending the event, Biden was welcomed with a special ceremony hosted by Li Yuanchao, at the North Hall of the Great Hall of the People. Other high-profile figures from the Chinese Communist Party were in attendance, including Tung Chee-hwa, the Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, which is the highest-ranking body that oversees the Chinese United Work Front Department.

An archived page from the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco described the December 4, 2013 event in a press release titled, “Li Yuanchao Meets with US Vice President Joe Biden, Stressing to Implement the Spirit of Non-Conflict, Non-Confrontation, Mutual Respect and Win-Win Cooperation in All Aspects of China-US Relations.”

“Li Yuanchao said that President Xi Jinping and President Barack Obama reached important consensus on building the new model of major-country relations between China and the United States in June this year,” the press release reads.

“China is ready to strengthen high-level strategic communication with the United States, to respect each other’s core interests and major concerns, to deepen practical cooperation in all fields and to enhance communication and coordination on bilateral, regional and global levels so as to implement the spirit of non-conflict, non-confrontation, mutual respect and win-win cooperation in all aspects of the relations between the two countries,” it continued.

The press release also reveals how then-Vice President Joe Biden said that US-China relations had a “crucial impact” on the world and that the United States was “committed to strengthening high-level exchanges with China.”

During his first major speech as president, Joe Biden told the Munich Security Conference last week that the United States “welcomes” competition with China.

“Competition with China is going to be stiff. That’s what I expect, and that’s what I welcome,” he said. “Because I believe in the global system Europe and the United States, together with our allies in the Indo-Pacific, worked so hard to build over the last 70 years.”

During the presidential campaign, then-candidate Biden claimed that he was unaware of any business deals his son Hunter Biden had made in China, but a business associate of the Biden family gave a tell-all interview to Fox News revealing how he would meet with Joe Biden to discuss the deals.

While some business dealings have been revealed, it is unknown just how much business the Bidens have done with China, and what influence that may have on his foreign policy decisions during the Biden administration.
