New evidence in the grand jury investigation into the shooting death of Michael Brown by Ferguson, Mo., Police Office Darren Wilson appears to corroborate Wilson’s version of the incident.
The evidence, apparently leaked to The New York Times, is likely to lead the Department of Justice to give up their attempts to charge Wilson with violations of the black teenager’s civil rights. It could, in fact, mean that Wilson is unlikely to face any charges at all.
