Puerto Rico Bailout Shows Corruption of Paul Ryan and Establishment GOP Leadership

One segment of the elite political class – Congress – is demanding that the taxpayers bailout another segment of the elite political class – Puerto Rican public employees. And Speaker Ryan wants your Congressman to to betray you, and indeed the very idea of a constitutional representative government, by asking rank-and-file members to remain silent, refrain from asking for a recorded vote, or leave the room when the time comes for a vote on the bailout bill.
