Trump’s FBI Raid Documents Were Empty  NewsGlobal.com    sept 19 2022

(NewsGlobal.com)- The anti-Trump media has hailed the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid as the “scandal to end all scandals” and the final straw. It’s the “big one” that will stop Trump’s chances of ever again winning the presidency.

Imagine the media’s surprise when many of the “classified” documents obtained by the former president while he was still in office for his official business, including those “top secret” documents shown in the staged photo the FBI released to meddle in the U.S. elections, turned out to be merely empty folders.

That’s accurate. There were empty folders.

The FBI deliberately deceived the American people into thinking that the files included ‘top secret documents that were hidden by ‘cover sheets,’ and the unsealed Mar-a-Lago photo now looks like a smoking gun case of ‘election involvement.’

Reuters stated that according to court filings released on Friday, the FBI recovered more than 11,000 government documents and pictures during its Aug. 8 search at former President Donald Trump’s Florida residence and 48 empty folders tagged as “classified.”

The unsealing by the U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon in West Palm Beach came a day after she heard oral arguments from Trump’s lawyers and the top two counterintelligence prosecutors at the Justice Department. The arguments were about whether she should appoint a special master to conduct a privilege review of the confiscated materials. The special master was Trump’s request.

The inventory list described 31 confidential documents, 54 “secret” documents, and 11 “top secret.”
Forty-eight empty folders with classified banners.
Forty-two folders marked “return to staff secretary/military aide.”
More than 11,000 government documents or pictures without classification markings.
Nearly 1,673 magazines, newspapers, or press clippings.
Nineteen articles of clothing or gift items.
33 books.

Even if this isn’t quite the “scandal of the century,” the outraged mainstream media hasn’t let that stop them from irrationally speculating about what happened to the documents that were in the folders.

According to a tweet from former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner, Trump didn’t bring any empty folders to Florida.

The “pit bull” of Mueller’s team, Andrew Weissmann, tweeted: “It’s the empty classified folders that are of most concern. What was in there? ”

It should be noted that Weissmann’s longtime associate Jay Bratt has been overseeing the FBI’s counterintelligence probe into the Mar-a-Lago docs.

Media reports on the Mar-a-Lago documents portray the sterile, impartial procedures of acquiring evidence. The media acknowledges that the search warrant does not provide enough information to identify whether or not classified materials are missing.

President Donald Trump has the last say over their declassification; his ownership of them is not now in question.
